I placed an order for the Boneless Meal Deal from this establishment. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the food was cold and the fries appeared to have been prepared more than two hours prior. The overall taste of the food was not satisfactory. If the lowest possible rating were zero stars, I would have selected that option. However, since one star is the lowest available rating, I am compelled to provide this establishment with a one-star rating. If you choose to order from this establishment, I strongly recommend that you request freshly prepared food to ensure a better dining experience.

So I didn’t personally go to the place, but I had somebody else pick it up for meI am only giving the service and atmosphere a five star rating because I don’t know how the service was for the person who picked it up for me.So basically, the ranch tasted weirdAnd the fries were so cold and nastyThe garlic Parm tenders stunk so bad, and it was pretty DisgustingAs well as the buffalo tenders. It was basically just tenders with red food dye apparently because they did not taste spicy at all or it did not get that buffalo taste.I basically just do the whole thing away after having one tender, and a bite of two of themOnly if I could give zero stars

They always say 25-30 mins wait, always! This is never the case, they will keep pushing your wait time for almost an hour. Their inline wait time and in person wait time is the worst. Never trust their wait time, plan on waiting waaaay more then they tell you to. I have been here so many times and it’s always the same.

I ordered food on the app to be picked up...They said their system was down so they never got the order...Asked for a refund and never got the refund after calling up to the store on multiple occasions

Don’t waste your money the food was so nasty I couldn’t finish it, I got garlic Parmesan wings and they were dry had no seasoning and only taste like they just sprinkle Parmesan on top??
Ehh, it’s giving Buffalo Wild Wings. I was very disappointed as I was expecting wingstop to have their sauces w/ a twist but it tastes just like BWW and the fries wasn't it. I must say tho the Ranch sauce, chefs kiss.0 I don’t see myself eating from any wingstop again.

Lemon pepper wings were very tasty. French fries need improvement. They are cut very thin and most are overcooked. I hope they work on that.

Did an online pickup and I asked for a cup of water. Water at the soda machine was carbonate, didn't have just regular water. In my pickup I asked for honey mustard, said that they didn't have any and the cashier was just rude about it. Plus the fries were dried and almost burnt and the chicken sandwich was drenched in mild sauce. Did not like this location.

After 3 hours of swimming I was EXTREMELY famished so me and the fam decided to go hit up Wingstop to hopefully finish our conquest for quality sustenance. When I got in the place was 3.5/5 on the clean meter the lady who was serving seemed like she didn't want to be alive much less to be working in Wingstop at 7:30 on a Friday night.I gave my order and was forced to wait a whopping astronomical 30+minutes. I was completely tempted to go to the chipotle across the street. When I got my food my fries were absolutely despicable.They were burnt and tasted like they were made last friday night.I asked for 2 different flavors of wings and they gave me a box of wings covered in 1 sauce. The sandwich my brother ordered was a piece of chicken covered in red 40 between two burger buns. No lettuce no ketchup no sauce NOTHINGS. And the taste was even worse than the looks it didn't taste like spicy chicken it tasted hot seasoned cardboard.They did not make a good impression but I can cut them some slack because they seemed to be grossly understaffed.Dietary restrictions: Don't eat there at all if you want to live to 40Parking: They're in a plaza
