Just ordered two pizzas and was only delivered one burnt pizza. While trying to get it resolved w/their third-party carrier Slice, they tell them apparently they only made one pizza…Hard to believe they thought someone paid for the price of two pizzas and only got one. Told them they can get their other pizza just delivered and give full refund because not enough for everyone. The store refused to fully refund. Stay far away, not worth money or time!

Rotten! The hummus and lentil soup were rotten. And they gave me no pita and refused to give me something else instead. I have loved Aladdin for years. Sooo disappointed that they have gone so downhill.

We ordered 20 mins in advance. After I arrived and paid, I found out they did not start our order. The food was ok but not very flavorful. The person taking the order was nice; the person who brought me the order shoved everything in the bag and pushed it toward me. Not going to order from this restaurant again.

I was looking for a local restaurant/spot serving tabouli salad. A Google search brought up Aladdin Halal. I ordered the Mixed Grill Platter with Tabouli Salad. When I arrived they also had freshly made baklava so I grabbed a piece.The mixed grill platter was a decent size. The meat was flavorful and tender. As good as the Baklava was, the tabouli salad was when better. I'll definitely be going back for more.Parking: Parking in Hartford - especially downtown - is always tricky.
Do not waste your time you will not get good value for what you paid for. They skimp on items. I ordered a sausage grinder,they put 0 sauce in it,it was so dry I had to drink water with every bite. Pizza slice also had 0 sauce on it. I could have just went home and made a grilled cheese if I just wanted bread and cheese! This place used to be the spot especially after hours. I had not been here in years and decided to go back and give it a try. Which is crazy cause back when I used to come here this pace stayed packed. So I was confused when I walked in and there were no customers. The only thing that this place has going good for them is that they open late.
We ordered from them yesterday, Friday around midnight. We were told it's gonna be half hour. After 45 minutes, we called the place. He said the delivery guy is on his way. Few minutes after my husband hung up, he got a call from a guy who barely spoke English, didn't know where he was, didn't know where he was going, all he knew is he was by some construction site. (The hotel is 3 minutes away. He literally had to make a right at the end of the block where the store is, then next block make a left). My husband tried to explain him, but his English is not good and didn't understand it. So he told him to use Google maps ( didn't occur to him to do that before).Food finally arrived an hour late, cold. Called the place to tell him. He asked if we wanted a discount. Told him I'm just telling him so he can train his employees and it won't happen in the future. Then we got the containers out, found no utensils, napkins ( have your soup, rice, chicken without spoon, fork?). The kitchen and the hotel restaurant was closed by then. Luckily we got spoons from reception. Only to find out the chicken was undercooked and bloody... I wasn't gonna write a review but no silverware, undercooked food, was just too much after an hour wait for cold food by a delivery guy who has no clue what, when, where he's doing for $50 is just too much?
