Blue Chip has THE BEST ice cream around. It’s so exciting they now have a storefront at the Science Center! They always have delicious new flavors to enjoy and their chillwich cookie sandwiches are just to die for! My favorite is the What The Fudge, partially because of the name! ? Their pricing is always fair; they give you big scoops of ice cream! And the best part is… you can mix and match flavors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The price is a little steep for one scoop they only offer one kid's scoop for $4 when there's toddlers for smaller children that can't eat that and they should offer a $1 scoop which is a mini scoop and a mini cone and it'd be better for the parents not the waste for $4 scoop because the child cannot eat it or people with dietary issues just need a sample taste for a dollar would be fine for $2 but that's not even offered

Ben and Jerry’s, Häagen-Dazs, Talenti are good but Blue Chip Creamery is the only one I’d drive more than 20 minutes to enjoy. Delicious ice cream hand scooped between arguably the best cookies (no argument, simply the best cookies). Drove from the MA/NH border (1 hr) to the Connecticut Science Center. Portions are generous and atmosphere/staff was equally as pleasant. Already planning my return.

The ingredients are very high quality. The service is very polite. We have been to the science center multiple times and my children wanted blue chip the whole time we were at the science center. Highly recommend.

Blue Chip Creamery has got to be the best ice cream experience i’ve ever had; their storefront in the science center is tucked in a little corner with clean table for the family to relax at after a day at the science center. They have a variety of delicious flavors and a wonderful staff, not to mention their sandwiches. Wonderful ice cream between the best cookies and it’s the perfect size. Standard ice cream shop of 1 or 2 scoops with a variety of topping choices and flavors. Wil definitely return to blue chip in the future.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free cones and have all allergens listed right for each flavor of ice cream; they even offer a couple dairy free sorbet flavors! It’s lovely to have so many options for everyone.
