This is the worst burger King restaurant obviously - walked into the restaurant at exactly 10:20am 12/02/2023The lady had an earpiece and wasn't ready to take orders - her attitude and unspoken words were alarmingly unacceptable for any serious organizationIf the management is keen on preserving their brand they can see what transpired from their cameras, except that's the norm in their organization

I didn't even order from this Burger King but me and my friend had to use the bathroom and they had a male bathroom and a female bathroom and me and my friend had to use the bathroom and they said only females can use the bathroom. 110% Sexist restaurant

What can I say about this location that hasn’t been said already first of all my wraps were disgusting. It was like a chicken patty cut in half barely any lettuce, a little soggy piece of tomato, and my honey mustard was watery and then on top of that they forgot some thing and I was there, so I had to wait a couple more minutes don’t ever order nothing thru Uber eats or DoorDash. You definitely won’t get everything in the bag. And then everybody standing outside, begging for a dollar just gross ?

2 people working at this location, it took 35 minutes to get the burger. Close it down and don’t embarrass yourself. I don’t know how this place stays open, it’s always so full of homeless people and filthy. Never again.

The manager Evelyn Is in a position she should not be. I have worked in food service for 20 years or so. I know that you should not speak fast and be short with someone when they are asking a question. I Ordered an impossible Walker and it was the one that was Discounted and didn't come with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato and I didn't realize that when I ordered it when I went back to ask her she mobile something about this one isn't that 1 she could have just said these are 2 different barbarous this 1 comes with those things the 1 you ordered does not . That is not how she responded she was rude she was short she mumbled something at me and I laughed and went back to my table and sat down and proceeded to eat try anyway to eat the burger it was harder than a hockey Puck when I brought it back to her she tried to say that's the way it's cooked when it's cooked vegetarian I told her I couldn't eat it she said that's the way it's cooked when it's cooked vegetarian I went back to my seat and then my sister was upset that I paid for something and couldn't eat it because it was harder than a hockey Puck she went up and argued with the manager Evelyn and asked her to redo it and after giving her a hard time including saying to my sister I don't know what you want me to do she agreed to make the Sandwich again after I received my Sandwich I went up and said to her that there wasn't any reason to respond to me That way . She proceeded to be rude to me and I walked away and as I walked away she made sure to say in a condescending way have a nice day this woman should not be in this position she should not be a manager she cannot handle her job she is not polite the line was very slow moving there was 4 people in front of me and it took about 10 minutes just to get app there to make my order she is terrible at her job

I stopped at this Burger King on Monday 4/24/23 at dinner time. I never will make that mistake again. This is one of the most disgusting BK's I have been in. The main front door wasn't working, with a sign to use another door on the side. Inside, every table was dirty. There was food on the floor. A section of the restaurant looked like it was being used to store tables and chairs, where it could have provided more seating for paying customers. While the food was within expectations, the dirty atmosphere was off-putting to me and it exhibited a lack of attention from the staff to keep it clean between customers.

This was one of the most disgusting Burger Kings I have ever been to. The floors were full of garbage, most tables had not been cleaned after the last customer(s) used them, there was a whole section closed off, and the main front door was not even working for people to enter -- a sign directed me to a side door. I would never return to this place.

The dirtiest nastiest Burger King I have ever been too, I would not buy food here. Or even bring my own food and sit and eat, ever. Even if I was starving. Don't know how this place passes health inspections.

Nasty and cold food, terrible service. We ordered via Uber Eats for pickup and got there 5 minutes after the recommended time they gave us to show up and they hadn’t even started on our food yet! My wife told me they were just standing around chatting and laughing. Then when she finally got the order they forgot her onion rings and she had to go back and ask for them. If they have time to stand around and giggle, why were we served cold, nasty food? I am so disappointed in the service I received, we live very close to this location, so it seemed like a convenient option and we were so excited to try it, but unfortunately we will not be returning. (Edit:) it is the next day and the few bites I did take of their cold food gave me food poisoning??? Don’t eat here.
