The food isn't terrible, but the customer service is AWFUL. They missed 1/2 of my order - we're talking entrees - and when I called them to see if they could fix their mistake I was told I was lying, that they specifically remember putting my items in the bag and the delivery driver must have stolen it. The bag was sealed... they forgot, which totally happens and I wasn't that upset about the forgetting, but the sheer rudeness and unwillingness to correct it not only ruined dinner, made it clear I won't order from them again. Take your risks, but this place is trash.

The food at China King is banging depending on the day you go; I've found Thursday to be the best. My go to menu items are the Chicken & Broccoli combo and the Boneless Spareribs with Pork Fried Rice combo. The egg roll is probably my favorite part about ordering from here because always crispy and never greasy! All combo items include the egg roll but I definitely recommend grabbing one if you choose something else. Pickup is quick and they're pretty generous with sauces. The service is friendly.

I will never eat Chinese food from any other place, ever. This food is exceptional. I honestly thought all Chinese restaurants tasted the same until I ate here at China King. Needless to say I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love China King! Their hibachi combos are a true delight - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. And let’s talk about their crab Rangoon – it’s hands down one of the best I’ve had. Unlike many other places, they’re generously filled and delicious. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying and delicious meal!

This is the worst hibachi I have ever had. I don’t think the steak was cooked or even beef lol and there was no flavor. Got finessed. Trash don’t

Every time I order for delivery my food is always hot & within the time they say it’s gonna be. They always listen to my special instructions on my order, the delivery man is also nice too when my husband goes down to get the food. (But we also order a lot here)I always ask to get my chicken cooked twice, extra hard & crunchy. They always do what I ask and the food is always good when we order from them! The people are nice when I call especially the man that answers.

So depending on who answers the phone, I can get delivery to my address, mind you I order from this place often, however tonight it’s no can’t deliver it’s too far mind you im literally in walking distance from this place, the person was rude over the phone, I wish we had better service in hartford these people treat us any ole way. I've ordered from this place several times in the past with little to no complaints.. however, I recently order two meals and found hair in my food..I reached out letting them know I did not wanted a refund but I wanted them to be aware that I found hair in my food..the lady kept going on about nothing..I still haven't received a "I'm sorry"..I'm super disappointed with the customer service and I will not be ordering from this place anymore..now I'm Sorry!!!
Restaurant tries to assimilate to neighborhood, but can see the fakeness! Not genuine and limited in cooking good Chinese food.
