This place had me arrested for trespassing a few months ago my case was dismissed do to the cops false arrest. Arrested me and kicked me out for drinking a beer. I remember the owner saying "that's what you get". So I'm telling you right back THATS WHAT YOU GET!

I attended a holiday party here and had one of the most disappointing dining experiences in my life. The potatoes were not even halfway cooked the pork was dry and bland. To end the night the wait staff took our drinks 30 minutes before our party was scheduled to end and cleared the table cloth off the table we were sitting. I will never go back here and I would not recommend anyone have a holiday party here.

We recently hosted an event here, from the start Andy was very responsive and very quick to get back to me. He was prompt and kept me up to date on the entire process. During our event our bartender Bianca was great and every one was so helpful. I highly recommend working with them for events and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend and will come back in the future for any event needs. Thank you again to all the staff.

Did dinner before the Christmas Carol at Hartford Stage. Food was good, good portions. Mike D did a great job of making sure our table was taken care of while covering for an absence and being slammed so I wanted to give him a shout out. Great work!

Came here for beers and billiards and didn’t realize they’d have a kickass band playing. The beer selection was solid and the rotisserie wings were delicious. The bartender Normari was very efficient and fun. Had a small problem with their jukebox machine earlier in the night before the band came on but Chris the manager was quick to help and make things right. First time here with some friends and will definitely be back, one of the better nightlife spots I’ve been to downtown.

Such a great bar!! 9 floors there is something for everyone!! The bartender Nori, was absolutely amazing! Best white tea shot I’ve had!! Can’t wait to come back!

After waiting in line forever, in addition to my drink I wanted to order food. I asked for falafel and sesame tofu from the menu. After a bit the server brought me the receipt to sign but there was no tofu listed. She said she can't put it on my order for... Some reason. I ask for the veggie instead and that gets put on a separate receipt. Like 30 minutes later I get my falafel and only the falafel, no squash. I paid $8 just for 6 lonely little balls with no accoutrements, no pita, but a little cup of tzatziki, and I'm still waiting for my squash. 20 minutes later a waiter brings me my squash, puts his hand on my shoulder, and gives a dramatic readout of how the tofu went bad and they had to throw it out. He asks if I want my squash for here or to go, even though he already brought it in a porcelain dish, but no fork. I say I'll eat here and ask for a fork. Like 5 minutes later he comes back, but still no fork. Now I finally got a fork and finished eating. Not counting my drink, which was fine, tax, or tip, I paid $14 for 6 little falafel balls on their own, lukewarm squash, and a pain in my rear. I came here for game night to have fun with friends, but I will never give this place my money again.Edit: forgot to mention this is a brewery but they don't do flights.

Everyone was so friendly with the staffing here. The drinks were strong too. Everything here was amazing. The manager was nice too. I highly recommend coming here. You will have a great night! My girlfriend and I had an excellent time at the the comedy show!

We brought a big meetup group here and everything was great! We had room to play board games, they have a jukebox, pool tables and really good beer. They even had Horgarden on tap, which I’ve missed!

My first time here, and the experience was good. Everything was good from the Host, to wait staff. Pricing was no surprise. The food was good and the wait staff was excellent. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Once we sat down, it was about 5 minutes, no more, before the wait staff came over. Drinks were delivered in a timely fashion, and so were the appetizers and main course. Good, lively atmosphere. No parking on site, as this place is on Main St, so had to park in a nearby lot. I'd go again, for sure.

We used to come here often before pandemic and for whatever reason have not come back until now. Nothing to do with the restaurant whatsoever. So happy to return and have such a phenomenal evening. Super attentive waiter. We sat in the bar area. The food was fresh and tasty. The drinks were spot on. So happy to comeback and enjoy all the things we remember. Thank you for being awesome and we have missed you.

My husband and I had both our rehearsal dinner and after party for our wedding at City Steam and they were both a hit! Andy was great to work with and accommodated all of our needs as well as upgraded our rehearsal dinner to a private space. The food was delicious and received lots of compliments! The beer toast was also a hit and everyone loved being able to take home a glass to remember the evening. We enjoyed some live music at our after party the next evening. Overall it was a great experience and the perfect environment for us.
