The best sandwiches and salads. The bread is always fresh. the meats, cheese and add ons always fresh. The salads are so delicious. i have never had a bad experience and been to a lot of delis in my time. This place is a gem. try it out.

I went for lunch rush on a Thursday and was nervous when I saw the line of 10-15 people. But they serviced everyone pretty quickly and it only took 10 minutes to get my food. I order a meatball grinder and it was amazing. The meatballs are fresh and the sauce was good. This will be a mainstay for my lunches when in Hartford.

This place has been around forever, and there is a reason for that. Great place to get a grinder/sandwich for lunch. Very unpretentious. There is usually a line but the service is quick to get you in and out in a timely manner.
