One of the worst interactions that I have ever had with a delivery driver. To a point where I felt like it was going to get physical. On febuary 5th at approximately 8:00 p.m. I came downstairs to get my pizza and the delivery driver basically threw my pizza at me! I've ordered from this Domino's on Farmington Avenue several times and have never had an issue. I will be reaching out to corporate. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. If your drivers do not know how to interact with customers then maybe they should find a new line of work!

Place my order online at 4:47pm. My order arrived at 6:08pm. But that's not the problem. When the delivery driver arrived my girlfriend went outside and paid him in cash $27 for an order that was $26. The then told her it's $30 and told her hold on why he checks how much the order was. He then hopes inside his car and closes the door with the money and the food. Seemed like he was going to drive off. When I came out and shouted from across the street what's going on. He then gets out of his car and finally hands my girlfriend the food. Definitely felt like he was going to drive off with the money and for. Very shady driver. Food was cold as ice when we finally got it. Driver definitely is a scammer no doubt about it

I don’t always leave google reviews so know that this is serious. I really should’ve read the reviews on this Location before ordering online. The employees at the Domino’s Farmington Ave, Hartford location are the worst employees ever!!! If you hate your job so much, JUST QUIT!!!!1st offense, They updated their system saying my pizza was delivered when it wasn’t actually delivered until after 30 minutes of saying it was delivered.2nd offense, whoever answered the call when I called to ask hang up the phone on me before I could speak. He later answered the phone and lied that he’s 6 minutes away when he was 30 away.3rd offense, the rude delivery guy didn’t even bother to apologize or even get out of his car to hand me the phone.This location should be shut down and none of them should be working for Dominos.

Always ask for light sauce and they always make a soup with the sauce in the pizza . Never get what expected and have a kid with special needs that’s really picky with his food . So bad I need to drive so far to find another place .

If I could give them 0 stars I would!We ordered 3 pizzas squared cut, because we have older people here and they can only eat by small portions.. they tell me that in order for them to come and pick up the pizza and deliver me a new one, that they would have to charge me a $10 delivery fee. Honestly ridiculous! And their manager is very rude, very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone!
First time going to Domino's Pizza. Crust was very good. Sauce very plain. Cheese didn't have any pull.Pepperoni was so thin could almost see through it.
