Horrible, worked here and never got reimbursed for my stuff that was stolen AND SO ON when confronted by the boss one random day he didn’t want to hear it I was told he owned all the businesses in CT. If you own all the businesses this would’ve been handled. Needs counseling Horrible morale if looking for a job please stray away from Hartford locations until issue is settled.

Great service here! The staff usually knows what I want before I do. :-) Even if there is a line it will be gone in a few minutes, very quick service and consistent quality. After working in Boston for the last few decades I have to say this is one of my favorite Dunkies!

The employee working here was too busy talking to the other employees to listen to my correct donut order. We only ordered three donuts. Two of the chocolate glazed were thrown in the bag upside down so all the chocolate stuck to the bottom of the bag. Lazy and bad service

I came here to order some food but I like to wash my hands before touching the food. They told me the restroom is unavailable due to COVID but because of COVID that's why I have to wash my hands. Any establishment. That's a restaurant that does not allow you to clean your hands before you eat. Your food should not be allowed to be open in my opinion. I'd rate it zero stars but obviously you can't.
