I'm from Massachusetts and I have a DD right down the street from me, I go there at least 4× a week maybe more. and they hardly ever get my coffee right! THIS dunks here in Hartford are so pleasant and my order is always right! I'm usually there in the morning and the drive thru is fast and accurate! TY TO THE FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AT THIS DUNKS! YOU ARE APPRECIATED ☮️

I used the dunkin app to create a mobile order. And I know that it might take a while to have my order ready, but it says it was ready for pickup. As soon as I get there and gave them my order number, they said that it didn't exist. I knew I ordered at the correct location and money was taken out of my dunkin card but for some reason it didn't exist.I understand that it might have been a glitch or maybe the order didn't go through or whatever it may be, and i understand that they were busy. What I didn't like is the customer service that employees were displaying. They were talking to me like if I didn't know how to use the app (I've been using the app for years), and like if I did something wrong.Maybe a little more training on how using the app could have solved this. Either way, I had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

At 5am I'm there for a small hot 1 cream 2 Splenda on the side. I am know already just by my voice. Lol.. great customer service, coffee always the way I love it.Vegetarian options: I don't eat that but it's up on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Likewise on the menu ?.Parking: Well, it's a great spot to sit and chill ? for a minute. The hospital is across the street, so your in a safe place. LolWheelchair accessibility: Absolutely, ramps , and parking.Dietary restrictions: Don't eat it but it's up there.

We were trying to use the app in order to utilize our discounts the employee did not know how to apply the app discounts the employee did not know how to use the cash register and the employee mixed up the order which was only sandwiches egg juice 2

Some employees are better than others, what can I say. The dark skinned young lady who does mobile orders may need to smile more. I don't feel welcomed when she serves me, I feel like I'm bothering her when all I need is a coffee and I'll be out.
