This stop&shop is closest to me, but is always out of items, the produce is mushy, and tofu etc is always out of stock. Additionally, I always have issues with digital coupons here, and when I ask for assistance, find the associates rude and condescending. Today a self checkout associate took her time coming to assist and proceeded to tell me to go to customer service instead of taking1 minute to help me herself. She then proceeded to grab some items for her personal consumption and stand behind me as I checked out, rolling her eyes. The second the computer was open (she didn't even wait for me to grab my bags) she was next to me ringing up her own items. When I went to customer service, the woman was so condescending and laughed when I asked my question. She then slowly explained, as if I was a child, how 2.55 + 1.55 =4.10... which I did not need explained and already understand. Although other stop&shops are a bit further, they are better stocked, have more options, and have associates willing to do their jobs. The Farmington Ave location has been wonderful, and I will drive further to go there from now on.

This is my go-to Stop&Shop. Great selection including ethnic foods, seafood, bakery, fresh fruits and veggies, is clean, well-organized, well-stocked. Employees are always personable, accessible and willing to help. Manager Jeff Doyle does a great job. Even the customers are friendly and considerate!The only thing I would want are more of the little carts!

It seems like this location is always closing early. The sign says they close at 8, I get there at 7:00 on the dot and the person (Maria extremely rude) says they are closed because she worked a double shift and decided to leave early. This is the 4th time this has happened to me with this same person at this location. Please do better, it's getting ridiculous at this point. If you don't like your job, leave. Don't make it an inconvenience to others.

Dunkin Donuts station inside Stop n Shop. Comically bad service. Impossibly slow, employee incapable of operating the register, effed up orders, and stale coffee. Avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would the lady was rude as hell and gave me a cold coffee and when I told her it was cold she pretended to make a new 1 n gave me another cold coffee!!! Don’t waste your money here!!! Never again!!!

Just had the single worst iced coffee of my life at this Dunkin Donuts inside Stop & Stop. The coffee tasted bitter and weak at the same time. I threw it away rather than drink it.

I ordered the New grilled cheese melt with the ham, yup take a guess no ham. The Ice late was delicious and so was the cheese melt. The only issue with the order the individual at the drivethru window was just wondering after giving me the ice late what else I was waiting on hello the cheese melt sandwich. I keep saying this over and over STOP HIRING INDIVIDUALS WHO DON'T WANT TO WORK OR JUST WORK TO MAKE MONEY AND NOT CARE ABOUT THE JOB. She seemed like she did not want to be there, she should be grateful that she works inside and not outside in this weather (rain and cold). Drivethru #485

It's so sad because the food and coffee was great but the communication was so off. I ordered a three dollar deal with a medium hot coffee and a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap with an additional wake up wrap to accompany... but instead I was handed a small coffee which I could not return but was still charged for everything separately spending more than I anticipated. Even so I was told that I cannot get a refund, my sale was final and I was given nothing to compensate the loss.
