Everytime I'm in the US I go to Dunkin cause I love their drinks. I really enjoyed that Dunkin cause you can order on control terminals. So practical cause I'm french with a bad accent and they often have trouble understanding me !!! So there no problem, and I love how you can customize everything.Just one downside !!! I wanted to go back on saturday, and they are closed on week ends !!! That felt so weird to us !

Horrible, worked here and never got reimbursed for my stuff that was stolen AND SO ON when confronted by the boss one random day he didn’t want to hear it I was told he owned all the businesses in CT. If you own all the businesses this would’ve been handled. Needs counseling Horrible morale if looking for a job please stray away from Hartford locations until issue is settled.

I am a five day a week customer. I would be 7-day a week customer if they were not closed two days out of the week. Every time I go to this restaurant Tina always greets us with a smile she has amazing customer service skills. She knows our order she even knows us by our name. We believe she should be the manager and or your assistant manager of the store. She knows how to run things smoothly and in a timely manner. we look forward to walking through the door and just have that smile greet us every morning when she is not there. It is the ultimate disappointment of our morning. She makes our order perfect . Thank you Tina Keep up the good job.

I am a 5 day a week regular so to be treated with this much disrespect is uncalled for. Regardless of how many days a week I am a customer. This disrespect is definitely uncalled I ordered a cold brew foam and forgot the cold foam that goes on top. When I asked her to put it on she was so disrespectful and advise me I had to pay for it. I told her that I forgot that I had to pay for it. She said well it's $0.80 with the utmost disrespect attitude. She was rude and very unpleasant. Not the normal atmosphere. I'm used to going to in the morning. I have never seen this woman before and do not believe she belongs at this store for the store has a lot of good vibes and she is ruining it for the rest of them Her name is Dee of the most rudest employees I have ever met in my entire life
I went for my favorite breakfast sandwich which is sausage,egg and cheese on a croissant . Followed that with a large hot coffee hazelnut light and sweet and 2 Boston cream donuts . Everything was fresh and tasted amazingly good , oh and the cashier had an amazing smile followed by great service .Vegetarian options: I know for a fact if you're a vegetarian they definitely have something to offer you at DUNKIN DONUTSKid-friendliness: I mean what kid doesn't love donutsParking: I mean the parking lot is of a decent sizeWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair ♿ accessibilityDietary restrictions: If you're on a strict diet I know they have something to offer you as well
