Placed a mobile order for two sandwiches and drinks. Although the staff was friendly, I can’t say something positive about the food. The English muffins had mold on it which was disgusting. We couldn’t turn around since we were running late for an event but I just feel they definitely need to pay attention more to what they’re giving out. Because of that I wouldn’t be returning.

I waited for over an hour on my door dash order. They then right before closing time decided to call me and say we have to cancel your order because we do not have coffee. Seriously?! Terrible.

I ordered a grilled cheese got a whole different sandwich and I asked for French vanilla but no got the one thing I hate Carmel so thank you dunkin for ruining my morning

Employees stood around talking and using their phones ignored me while I waited for a few minutes at counter. Doorway was wet and slippery from snow, no weather mat put down to prevent someone from falling and getting injured. Needs much better attention given to running this store

I usually stop at this Dunkin' Donuts once a week when I'm on my way to a certain activity in the area. Everybody there is so nice! The order is always done perfectly. I know that sounds kind of funny, but when you ask for something toasted dark or extra cream or something like that it's always done just the right way. People are very cheerful. I recommend this Dunkin' Donuts to anybody who's in hartford!
