DO NOT ORDER most disgusting place. DO NOT order from empire pizza. the pizza text like they add salt couldn't eat. when I eat pizza I must drink soda. this peoples didn't give me the soda and lied about they gave me already. when I called to the store they hang up the phone. they stealing soda and lie about they gave already. do NOT regret after ordering. the return the soda do same thing to other peoples.

If you ever think about ordering anything from this place on grub hub, allow me to save you the trouble .. Don’t. I placed an order at 5:35, and didn’t receive it till 7pm. The restaurant hires and pays delivery drivers under the table to deliver food called the restaurant several times , (no answer ) , my experience was a Spanish lady pulling up in front of my home screaming obscenities, while beeping her horn in her jeep for me to come outside , she didn’t call , she didn’t deliver at the door and made me cross the street to receive my order. I asked her about the soda I also ordered , as it was on the receipt and she said ‘I don’t know nuffin bout dat ’, then went to her car and proceeded to cuss out whoever was in it , to then proceed to scream at me across the street that there was indeed a soda in her back seat .. please order from literally anywhere else .

Full of mice when you walk in there that's all you smell and the prices isridiculous they sale a half of grinder for a whole grinder don't ever go there unless you like eating with rats and mice I work and live in the area it's terrible one day the police went in there to order food and stood there recording the mice and rats running around he walked around showing us the video so be careful

The pizza itself is undeniably delicious, but the overall service and professionalism at Empire have left much to be desired. Despite having successfully ordered to my luxury apartment multiple times in the past, my recent experience was a complete letdown. It took an inordinate 1.5 hours for the pizza to be delivered directly from Empire, and when it finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold. Thinking it might be a one-off, I gave them another shot through GrubHub. Regrettably, that order never made it to me as the driver took off with it. Even after getting a refund from GrubHub, Empire’s response was far from understanding or accommodating — they informed me that I’ve been banned from future orders and would be reporting the driver to the police. While their pizza might be tempting, based on this experience, I’d caution anyone considering delivery. It might be best to pick up in person or perhaps seek out other establishments that prioritize customer experience.

On 5/13/2023 at 11:30am, I called the Empire Pizza restaurant and ordered a medium meat lover's pizza and Fish & chips. After over an hour, I contacted the restaurant to inquire what happened to my order. The owner, whose in English was not too good, informed me that his driver, tried calling me on my phone and there is something wrong with my phone. I told him, nobody called me and I am calling him with the same phone and number. He asked me for my number again. I gave him my phone number and he assured me his driver would call. I waited another hour and nobody called and showed up with my food. So I called the restaurant back. This man asked me for my number again, and I gave him my number again. I was helpless, because I used my debit card to order the food. And I could not reach my bank to put stop payment for my order of food. At 1:55pm, the driver called my phone number, asking me to come outside my building to get my food. This driver informed me, that his boss does not speak very good English and he wrote the wrong phone number. The driver suggested that I call the restaurant and let him know that my food is cold and ask for a refund. I called the restaurant and the owner promised to call me back in 10 minutes. He never called me back. My fish and fries were cold and soggy, so I threw them away. I am considering to go to my bank on Monday to file a complaint and stop payment.
