We went 2 weeks ago on a Saturday night it was good in the beginning until we got to the vip section it was 5 of us and we started with 2 bottles of patron also was waiting on 3 more security keep going to are table and counting people in table when they were other tables with more people with only one bottle they took one table from us we had to squeeze in when the other tables were just full of there friends and didn’t buy anything all night getting pressed by the head lady and the crack head security guards won’t go again spent almost 1600 but felt like we couldn’t even dance or have a good time the staff was horrible

Don’t waste your time, the bouncers are shady and try to scam you out of ur money and stuff. Don’t take chances.

It was fun as far as music goes but a complete rip-off. I paid to reserve a VIP. Then when I got there I still had to pay a cover charge, after that, I had to pay the remainder which I got but it felt like the price kept changing. Downstairs people could not move AT ALL. A complete safety hazard if something had gone down people would be trampled. I felt suffocated, and couldn't be there for more than two minutes. Overall I will not be going back it left a bad taste in my mouth. The best thing is the music but you can get that at better places.

Came here on a Sunday to get a nice dinner but was literally standing around for almost 20 minutes waiting to be greeted for service and no one was around.finally a worker comes around the bar area and literally ignores me and when they do answer they say have a seat and waiter will be with you. We sit down and still no one comes after another 20 minutes so we decided to leave. This place has horrible customer service and I would not recommend to anyone.

If 18% gratuity is already added into the bill I think it’s essential you notify your customers before they add an additional tip. Had a party of 3 and the server didn’t print the bill but used the little tablet and didn’t inform the party that gratuity was already added so we still tipped him. When we received the receipt it shows the tip was already added. Very inconsiderate

I went on January 1st, since it was one of the few restaurants open. We ordered a chifa noodle, which took 1 hour to come out. The waiter couldn't even apologize for the delay, the food was salty, the bitter broccoli tasted like bleach, it was inedible.We returned the dish and received no apology for it (I think that's part of customer service). When we all finished and canceled what we ate, they charged us 18% of the bill, without prior consultation, and they also discriminated against us for being Peruvian and not knowing American culture (according to the manager).

Don’t Believe The Hype… celebrated my sister‘s birthday all they care about is getting people in and out , We were rushed off the table and We still had food and drinks on the table nowhere to stand to even enjoy the atmosphere , and food was just OK. I was disappointed on the drink towers it was a waste of money. Most of it is filled with ice and it tastes like Kool-Aid just being honest. Sorry my experience wasn’t great. But I hope others can have a better experience… good luck
The best place , the food tasted so good, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was awesome, the music, DJ. We had a celebration there for my son and nephews, and everything was great. We were so happy there.

A few months back we visited and everything was amazing. Sadly, this time was completely different.Our party ordered 4 plates in total— I ordered a lunch menu tallarín al Alfredo. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive despite us being the only people at the time. My plate had a hair in it, which isn’t great, but the waitress offered for it to be remade. Another while later she brings back another plate with another hair in it. At this point I’ve lost my appetite and no longer want the plate.She then informs me that the soup that came as an appetizer would have to be charged if I decided to take it home. I declined and we asked for the check. To make matters worse, she comes back with the check and says that 18% tip is already included. I’m not understanding why anyone would have to be forced a set tip. We aren’t the type to leave nothing, but being forced only made the experience even less enjoyable.I would not suggest this place for food.

Food might look like peruvian food but it sure doesn't taste like it. Service was sloppy there is no organization..music was too loud ...I had a ceviche it had too much lime juice could not eat it.I still don't understand why they have good reviews ?
