I am very shocked. I didn’t even take a photo because the food was something that I could say… really not good.The probable manager guy.. he added up 1 dollar to a bill saying it was a mistake. He chased us on the way out, being very mad leaving them around 10% tip. That was what we thought their food and service worth. We felt very intimidated and scared. Originally, I was not going to leave the bad review even though the food and the service was bad, for good reason but I left this one because this restaurant is dangerous. I would never come back. I am frightened.+After this experience, I read more reviews.Now I found and read many reviews about similar experiences from other customers. Wow.

Nice atmosphere not like others which can be quite loud. The owner is the host and waiter and was so helpful. For the 2 of us, we had the hot pot combo plus 1 added hot pot and it was enough. They tend to be light on the protein servings but you can add more. It was less than $70 for dinner for 2 plus 1 additional side, 1 alcoholic beverage each and an appetizer. Very affordable. Will definitely return.Dietary restrictions: Highly customizable for all restrictions.

First time experiencing Chinese Hot Pot cooking. It was such a wonderful dinner! Philip took his time to explain everything to us, and for that we are truly grateful. Philip even made special dipping sauces for us, and recommended tasty combos. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the flavors and food options. Highly recommend this authentic Chinese Hot Pot restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised at this place as I wouldn't normally be in this area and only went for a friend's birthday. The atmosphere is warm and restaurant is clean and has nice decor. Staff were very attentive and helpful in walking us through our selection.Five of us each ordered the two-flavor personal broth pots and we order 4 plates of protein and a veggie combo for the table. This worked well and despite being hungry we still didn't finish everything.From past hot pot experience, it is very easy to over order and become overwhelmed with plates and plates of food going to waste, so recommend ordering a few protein items everyone at the table likes, a combo veggie, and then adding additional items as appetite allows.The self-serve dipping sauces are really tasty and add to the fun and flavor of the dishes. Our host was helpful in guiding us.

Overall great experience it got a bit busy and the staff was trying to accommodate everyone low paced environment got to relax with friends or family and didn’t feel like I was being rushed out amazing how the food was hot and ready in front of you you can add as much as you want a lot of different varieties on the menu and the portions sizes were pretty decent to me 10/10

Service was okay and food was decent, my issue was the rude agressive behavior one of the employees displayed when they chased after me out the door to complain about the tip and from some of the other comments im not the only one who experienced this unprofessional behavior. Never going there again or recommending it to my friends and co'workers who are waiting on my review.

Amazing place to get hotpot in CT. Great environment, great waiters. The place is really pretty and from what I have seen it is also a great place for people who don’t know how hotpot works. I’ve overheard the waiters explain so patiently step by step and it’s honestly amazing. Food is great, love their platters.
