Ordered from Uber eats. When the food arrived the chicken was DRY, the collard greens were burnt, and the Mac n cheese had EGG SHELLS in it. Called & spoke with a woman she was insistent that the collard greens were not burt but I may have had egg shell in. I asked were the collard greens supposed to be black & crunchy, she said yes. Next time your in town stop by we will give you some greens & mac n cheese.Absolutely HORRIBLE food & even WORSE customer service.

Hello my husband brought me home lunch today smother porkchops with candy yam Mac and. Cheese the food tast like it was. Cook the.day before the yams.was big clumps of yams with lots of sugar no other flavors thr rice tasted Blane and the gave had no flavor im.so disappointed
Hot Pots are closed Mondays and Tuesdays opens Wednesdays-Sundays Wednesdays-Fridays 11:30am-7:30pm Saturday 12pm-7:30pm and Sunday 11:30am-5pm.

The food is usually very flavorful. Idk if there's a new cook but I won't be purchasing from here for awhile. Whomever your cook was on April 20th 2023 I would recommend a change.
I guess I give them a one star..... I had to wait for my food for 2 hours.... And then I call to see if I could come pick up my own food the young man got mad..... And told me To call Uber eat...... Nobody came and got my food...... Oh well you have to find out what Uber doing his response. I've been ordering from this place for 10 years...... Yall just lost a good customer.........ps Yall are the ones with the contract with Uber eat whatever happened to customer service.........

They do a great business just be patient. They have great soul food Mac & Cheese, Collards, Pork Chops, Fish. They got it if you like licking the gravy off your fingers.

Food was okay. Mac and cheese was very salty! Potato salad was wayyy toooo sweet due to too much relish and very watery! Hot pots disappointed me today!!! Waste of a meal and money smh. Definitely wouldn't come back here for quality soul food. Should've stuck with Lilly's or Taste 778. Hot Pots please do a little better. Put more time and love into your food. Please have your chef taste the food before serving!!!

Just called to place a takeout order.. the lady answered the phone just with a hello… (smh) I said is this Hot Pots she said “yeah” with a whole attitude!! Don’t waste your timecalling to place an order… they don't do that either. So over this place!!!
