How I ask for an egg and cheese on a roll and I get an egg and cheese on a hamburger bun like that’s gross and then charge me 6 dollars. Like that’s so messed up why wouldn’t you give me a roll I saw them in your station and 6 dollars for a hamburger

The highlight of my doctor's visits! I wish I knew to stop by sooner. My OBGYN and my daughter's Clinical Feeding is in the building. I always make sure to visit on my way out. The Firebird is my go to! I love the sauce on it. Always made fresh. Delicious! I always make sure to check out the baked goods! There's almost always something special and different to try! The service is great! They are very friendly and personable. Food is consistently tasty. They really get to know their regulars- and there are a lot of them! It's nice to take a moment to stop and enjoy a hot coffee and some food made with love. It's a bright spot in an otherwise hectic day full of medical visits.

The food was the best food that I have ever had. It was amazing and worth the hour car ride for me. It is extremely hole in the wall and is very hard to find. You go into a building and ride the elevator down to the basement. I am so happy that I found this place and will drive there again just for the food. The service was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. If your in the area I definitely recommend coming here!

I just started working in hartford, wanted to find a small local spot.. after reading all the great reviews , I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a small order or fries while on my lunch break, The food was so delicious and left me stuffed, my co workers literally kept coming over and stealing fries it smelled so good, keep it up jerry! I will definitely be making it my new friday ritual for lunch , ill add some photos next time

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. A small gem hidden in the LL of a medical building. I was in from out of town visiting at the Hartford Hospital. I wanted to check Jerry’s out based on the excellent reviews. I initially walked into Jerry’s and immediately turned around and left thinking the reviews had to be made up. I left the building and when outside I decided I had to go back in and give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. I had a turkey club with fries and it was delicious. It was real, fresh turkey (not slimy sliced deli turkey) and the fries were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Enjoyed it so much I went back the next day for lunch. This time I tried the grilled cajun chicken with cajun fries. Again all grilled and seasoned to perfection. This time Jerry gave a secret sauce for the fries which was unbelievable. I sat and ate there both times and the experience could not have been better. Jerry talks to you while you are there but not in forced conversation manner. He talks to you like you have been friends forever and cares about you. I will definitely be back.

I am not sure what the person's issue was that got sick, but I can assure you it wasn't from Jerry's. I have litteraly eaten there 7 times in the last 2 weeks being at the hospital with my son. From the pancakes, French toast, to the burritos, and burgers, everytime the food is made fresh and to order. Jerry has been awesome and enjoys a friendly conversation.
