Person who picked up the phone today around 6 in the evening was rude as hell! I wanted to order some food I was going to spend more then $30 to be delivered to me. Which I always spent more then that for them to treat a customer like this, I live about 6 mins away without any traffic he was so rude saying I can't deliver over there. If I do its going to take 2 hours Then he kept continuing saying we cant deliver No! We cant deliver to far we only have one driver Mind u I order from them plenty of times they deliver with no problem he ask if I was on Granby St that's 8 mins away from them. Now how u can't deliver to me when I'm 6 mins away but u can go to Granby St when it's 8 min away from u guys smdh I will never call these ppl again THATS HOW HE MADE ME FEEL NOT TO ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. Lose a loyal customer!??????? Not understanding how tf its going to take2 hours for delivery Lol smDh when I'm only 6 mins away near the downtown area ya weird

I live in Phoenix AZ and someone in Hartford Connecticut used my cash app card at Kent Pizza 3. Well I'm 2500 miles away and didn't order $53 worth of pizza. When I called the gentleman took care of my situation IMMEDIATELY!! In less than 10 minutes I was refunded the money. Nice to see there are great business owners out there. Very clean place excellent service.great neighborhood pizza shop.Parking: No worries pull right up. Absolutely no drama there . It's safe parking and it is monitored.Kid-friendliness: Their are seats for the family.Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right up into the pizzeria . There's parking for you also.

So whenever I get a craving forA pizza I GO TO KENT- consistency with their sauce, they use real cheese (some places us FAKE CHEESE..you think I’m kidding? Lol-, always greT, always- 5-star for my garlic (fresh garlic..) and sausage pizza - none better-
