Everything is delicious! I have ordered ten different sandwiches over huge years -- all tremendously! If possible, please put in more customer seating. The counter by the west window is OK to chill by, but NO SEATS! I go here once or twice a week before my shift at work. I would appreciate a place to sit...However, I will live without to keep getting your yummy sandwiches!!

I am putting one star but really no stars. On 11/4/23 i ordered 3 cubanito and 3 pastries. The clerk gave me 6 sandwiches and 4 pastries. When trying to explain to the manager what I ordered she could not comprehend / English of what happened.Customer got involved which should not of. He was out of order and place. If one should go here you need an interpreter to ensure the order is taken correctly. So, I left with food I didn’t order and a bill that did not agree to what I request to have. The manager has no customer service skills. Totally disappointed ☹️

Love it thay work really hard to served... the comunity.... with..... respect... the food and sandwiches are really good. Las donas y los quesitos y los pastelillos entre otras cosas mas ect, ect, really delicious can't complain. It's one of my favorite bakery. sance I live in Hartford for 35 yrs. Los cubanitos bakery. That's no other place that I like. Thanks cubanitos bakery for serving the comunity with love and respect.

If I give it 0 stars I would. Upon arrival I slipped at the front door. I smelled no breakfast cooking. We still ordered our cubanitos just to find out they keep it refrigerated to warm up on a panini press. Very gross. Coffee tasted like water. We order a chocolate chip cookie and asked for it warm. But yet the cookie was still hard like a rock. The only thing I enjoyed was my Snapple Apple juice. I do not recommend. If you do go here drink with a ginger ale to help stomach pains

This place has a customer service problem. I went there for some bread today and they left me standing there for six minutes and wouldn’t take my order. The attendant would just duck into the kitchen whenever I approached the counter. Waste of my time to come here.

wow what a disappointment nothing cuban about this place pastries suck so so bad no cuban Sodas at all no patelitos no croquettes I mean nothing at all the little stuff they had was stale and old

Stopped whim because I wanted some flan.. the flan was excellent. I got the vanilla. Very rough neighborhood. But the man and the woman behind the counter were very nice.
Don’t eat here ham is old customer service is horrible nasty attitude if the food look bad just make it another one and take nasty old one crazy

Fantastic always fresh made daily no preservatives bread. Taste fantastic! And when everything everywhere is expensive this place is not. A huge loaf of fresh hot made bread $2.50 exactly. Highly highly recommend this bakery! ? Super Inexpensive Super high quality. Friendly staff. A+++ (I have a champagne taste with beer money)

crunchy, warm delicious portuguese rolls freshly baked throughout the day. very distinctive!!. sandwiches are simple but unforgettable. prices have kept up wiyh inflation fortunately.

I went to the bakery to get my sandwich I requested to be warm and toasted when I open my sandwich it was only warm the bread taste like a day or more old it was not fresh when I got to work I call just to let her know, she gave me poor customer service but is ok because today 3/3/2022 will be my last time going to this bakery.
