They seem to make a habit of taking your money at the drive thru, then telling you to park around the corner by the entrance. Then they promptly forget about you while you wait and wait and wait. You eventually go inside to see what the holdup is, and they haven’t even started your order because they forgot about you. What an absolute mess.

Ordered 3 bags of ice at drive thru they collected payment went to second window told to park at door. Waited 10 minutes. Went inside they had forgotten all about me. The started to get ice. I asked for a single cup while waiting for them to fill bags of ice. Girl says one moment 3 times. I said do I have to wait 20 minutes for a cup. They told me girl don't speak English. This is unacceptable.
