They should just go ahead and reclassify this place as a regular restaurant and NOT fast food! You can literally spend up to 45 minutes in the drive thru before ordering your food. Forget about ordering on the app because the diner section closes way before the scheduled close time, and you’re then forced to wait in the drive thru like everyone else. There’s always junkies hanging out trying to get money from the line of cars. For such a busy location, they definitely need more staffing. The food is generally ok/good for fast food standards; but everything leading up to getting it sucks!

I don't eat McDonald's anymore. I probably go for the icey drinks and ice cream. Food wise it's been making me sick to my stomach and I'm not the only one. The bread is hard and the meat tastes fake.

This place is the worst McDonald l have been to. l have been here for couple times, the wait is beyond slow, it tooks around 15 mins for one car to order sometime through drive through and l waited for around 40 mins for three cars in front of me. The people here is very hard to communicate, especially when u try to add some special requirement for ur order. Very bad experience here. And there always be lack of stuffs like caramel, coffee or something. Just don't come here if u want a good mood for the day.

They were disrespectful playing games at 4 AM on the intercom, the McDonald’s is supposed to be 24 hours and they were outside in their car smoking for about an hour and kept telling people that they’re closed, unprofessional the number doesn’t work and every time I call nobody picks up And their food be cold as hell

I’ve been to this location several times at night and seems like serving a customer is the last thing they do, it looks like a hang out inside you can’t tell who works there, I pulled up to the drive through or wait through and was the second car to try and order 35 minutes later i decided to pull off, as I pull around there was only 1 car at the pickup and pay window, not sure what the hold up is but 3 weeks in a row in line for over 30 minutes and never got a order complete, I can’t imaging how much money this location is losing by being miss managed I guess it looks cool to have cars pack your drive through and nobody gets food, as I talk to others nobody has anything good to say about this place not even the businesses on the same street, they will save money by closing, the owners have no idea
