I have tried a good amount of their proteins, except the salmon. The lamb kebabs aren't great, I had a piece that was just fat without any meat. Their chickens versions are pretty solid.

I love MM’s they have the best gyros for many many miles! They use real lamb and chicken kabab meat and the toppings are super fresh. It’s hidden down a tight alleyway but totally worth checking out.

Just going to repeat what others have already said: great food, fairly priced, support local businesses, the owner is a lovely and hardworking woman, her peeps are all great as well, the food is delish. And they know how to hustle, do not freak out of there is a line when you get there because it will move fast. And the food is freakin awesome, did I already say that? Photo shows how it looks mid-destruction when I am cranking through it to make a noon meeting. Love these folks!

Favorite lunch spot in downtown hartford. The rice/salads base for the combos is the best, you end up with a bed of warm rice (white or yellow), a mixture of several delicious salads (beets, carrots, etc) and you can top with shawarma meat or kebabs, and additional sauces (tzatziki, hot sauce, hummus). It's a perfect blend of textures and flavors, and I can eat a filling lunch without feeling sleepy the rest of the work day. There is a line if you get there too long after 12, but it moves quickly.Vegetarian options: Grilled veggies combo is awesome, served with falafel over rice and salads.

Ordered a chicken gyro plate for pickup.Showed up and no one was at register another gentlemen was looking to order. We waited 5 minutes so he started banging the counter top as did I.That did not not work. So he then called the establishment finally a server cameOut. Said I had a takeout order so she put it together but never gave me the pita bread. Asked as I grabbed the takeout bag if I wanted pita bread thinking I came in with the other guy?? Most ridiculous experience I have ever witnessed. 0/5 stars

Over priced and greedy staff. Asks extra money for everything. If some sauce is out she willNot decrease price but if u ask to give lil more she will say it will cost extra.Greedy and unethical business.

Now a days started charging random amount, every time you buy lunch.Sometime its 11, sometime 12 and recently its $13.xx.That is actually too high for this food. I ll stop visiting this place, as there is no transparency in pricing.

We ordered #23. She prepared #26 then ARGUED with us that we had ordered it, NOT #23. Food was disappointing. Beet salad was only seasoned with salt & cilantro. It needed some kind of acid. Falafel was very dry from microwaving it. Lamb gyro was average.

Came here for lunch after a meeting in the city. The area was quiet and the restaurant only had one other patron when we walked in. The woman behind the counter was lovely and our food (straight from communal dishes in front of us) was served quickly — all pre-made/pre-cooked. We chose to eat in, though it was ridiculously hot inside (no fans or air-con) and my poor husband was sweating like crazy. Also no atmosphere whatsoever (no music etc). This might explain why all others coming in chose to get takeout. Food was decent (fresh enough) and good value for money, though I was surprised my husband didn’t eat everything on his plate — most unlike him, suggesting the food was only average.
