I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this great place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a terrific evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for that successful celebration. The team cooperated in a lovely manner, the cuisine was delicious and my friends were so delighted. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

On20 hosted a dining event for the Chaine des Rotisseurs on April 6, 2019. What a beautiful venue! With views both of the Connecticut River, as well as the Hartford cityscape skyline, every window provides a breathtaking view. The cocktail program is top notch and award winning -- order your favorite or ask for a recommendation. The service is polished and efficient. Chef Jesse Powers creates unbelievable dishes, twisting and intertwining classic French preparations with seasonal and local products. The results go beyond expectation.

You feel special the moment you walk in and are treated with care. Unlike some places, on20 is not pretentious and stuffy. I asked many questions and my server was happy to explain. Not over crowded like some places, quite an intimate dining experience. Loved the complimentary amuse-bouche and mini desserts. Free parking validation--a real perk too! The cheese platter was the tastiest I have ever had. Best drinks in town thanks to the bartender, Jeff, who is also very nice and knowledgeable. This is a special place I can't wait to get back to.

Fabulous!!! Delicious food and romantic ambience. These are some of the most exquisite, thoughtful dishes I've ever experienced. The combination of flavors and presentation are that of something you'd see in Europe. When one dines at On20, it is a special experience. This place is ideal for anniversary dinners and special dates, as you'll feel special the moment you step into the restaurant. On Friday nights, you can enjoy half priced bottles of wine and on Saturday nights, you can enjoy live music. I almost hate to boast too much about this place...I selfishly don't want it to become popular! But...if you haven't had the joy of eating here, make a reservation as soon as possible.

Ok.. this is one of my new favorite restaurants and possibly THE best restaurant in all of CT. I've been wanting to try On20 for a couple years now.. but it's hard to get into. The hours are weird and they are not open everyday.. but finally my husband got us in for Valentine's Day weekend! Holla!!!! It's was so amazing I can't even take it. The atmosphere is so lovely and the views are breathtaking. The service is beyond impeccable and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they are! First we started with drinks.. sparkling water for the table and my husband had a Manhattan while I had a spicy concoction of glory (should have written the name down). Then we got two starters: a king crab bite with caviar and a butternut squash with ricotta and various awesomeness incorporated throughout! Sooo good and we were both losing our minds. For our entrees my husband had the poached lobster and I had the halibut. Both so on point and delicious I could have bowed down to the chef!! Everything was cooked to perfection and you could tell the chef paid attention to every little detail to make the dishes as mouthwatering as possible. For dessert we had coffee which came with lumps of sugar (aaaahhh) which is a personal favorite of mine when it comes to coffee and we tried the olive oil cake and caramel tart with poached pear. If I could do back flips I would have.. they were both that good!! Toward the end of the night a piano player and some brass players showed up and it was a beautiful end to the evening. I'm blown away by this place! I highly recommend and will come back as often as possible! It's $$$$$ but so worth it!!

Amazing view and location. The food was very good and definitely upscale. We enjoyed some the white-pesto asparagus and steak tenderloin. Great service and ambiance. A bit pricey but very nice

Very unfriendly host. Lousy weak drink. Way overpriced. Got appetizer and drink but didn't want to have dinner there. Asked for check took along time to get had it was like they didn't want to let me leave without ordering. Got questioned by host before they would give it to me. Waitress not too friendly either

Terrible food selection, prices and service. Our first time experience began with the maitre'd who never once smiled. We asked if we could sit closer to a window and he told us that we couldn't move the furniture around. The waitress told us we could move the chairs so we did. Then we ordered an appetizer. Some type of ravioli for $18. Literally 2 tablespoons of food. Yes I said $18 plus your mandatory 20% service gratuity which is added onto your bill. Then here's the kicker....I ordered a pumpkin martini. Anyone can look up the recipe and see that it's Baileys, vodka and pumpkin liquor or something similar. So she brings me a tiny tiny glass with orange flavored liquor and an orange slice. As you can guess it tasted like orange juice. When I asked if this was a pumpkin martini she said yes. LOL. SERIOUSLY?!?! I told her the correct recipe and she said she'd have her professional mixologist remake it. NO APOLOGY. He's a professional mixologist and doesn't know what a pumpkin martini is??? After that fiasco I asked for our check. Mr maitre'd comes over and asks why we want to leave without ordering dinner. No smile. I told him and NO apology. So from there we went to our favorite restaurant Carbone's in Hartford and as usual perfect kind service and perfect food. On 20 you can get all the awards you want but trust and believe they must be bought not earned.

We had an amazing dinner. The wait staff were “on point’. We couldn’t ask for more!

Given the fact that it was a holiday, the food was excellent. Four of the five courses were outstanding. The velouté course was a disappointment and lacked flavor. They also served an oyster amuse bouche that was outstanding. Service was uneven. It seemed that they didn't have enough staff to make it seamless. All in all, we'll definitely return.

The atmosphere at ON20 on Valentine's Day was fairly nice. The set menu had some nice options, but overall we didn't feel we received our Moneys worth. It was a so-so experience but not worth what we paid.

Amazing server (from cleveland LOL if you get her you won't regret it), fire bartender s.o to Jeff for an amazing cocktail. Great food, amazing service. Definitely recommended!
