Don't get me wrong this Chinese spot is one of the best in Hartford CT but lately I've been having too many communication problems with them. Most of the times I call and make an order, whenever I go pick up my order it's usually never right. I always order barbecue chicken wings there and as you can see with the photos I provided I ordered barbecue chicken wings over the phone and they forgot to put the barbecue sauce on the chicken so instead they gave me a little container with the barbecue sauce telling me that I need to just put it on there instead of them redoing my order for me. So like I said before if you're going to this Chinese restaurant it's best you order your order inside instead of over the phone.

Food is disgusting honestly I came to this places as a kid when I use to dance right next door to Dunn’s river !! And you know as a kid your just happy to be spending some money on food so I decided to go back yesterday just to see what I thought I loved as a kid was still the same and honestly it was horrible… everything was oily had no flavor and you can tell it was rushed !!! Honestly if you wants so good Chinese food got to bravo plaza or wangs kitchen

I just came there and I brought back my chicken wings and fries because everything was old and I could tell they didn't just cook the food. When I went inside to get some different food, he told me everything was fresh as if I wasn't the one that ate the food. The fries were greasy and warm not even hot and the chicken was so dry that the bone was showing through the meat. It's one thing to admit your faults and make me another plate but to try and gaslight me into believing the food is fresh when I know it's not is crazy. Not only that but I'm sitting here looking at all the fresh chicken come out the fryer and he didn't even offer me a new plate. Rude and service is terrible. I used to love coming here now they just try to rush the food process so they can serve more ppl faster. 0/10.

Oh'boy,, this place should be cloned. The food is excellent ?. I tell a lot of family members and friends about this place.Vegetarian options: Hey,,It's a Chinese restaurant theirs plenty of that.Parking: Just go for yourself and see.Lots of parking.
I came here because it’s close to my office. Arrived and placed order but guy at counter kept getting order wrong and I politely corrected. After the third time he got the sodas incorrect when I asked for a bag he threw three at me. Attempted to speak with manager and he just said “yeah, yeah, yeah,” with a clear indication he wasn’t going to really do anything about it or speak to him about the problem. Unlikely to return.

We were there very first customers they open at 11:00 we were there at 11:01 that may have played a role on why the food was not up to part. The chicken, french fries , teriyaki, orange chicken with rice had two pieces of broccoli , the chicken soup was tasteless. The little bit of rice was the best thing. This definitely wasn't a good morning for them and definitely wasn't worth the money for us.

Something has gone down hill here. My last few orders were less then average chinese food with very little meat/shrimp/vegetables included in the rice or lo mein. The people are extremely rude taking order. It seems like they are absolutely miserable there. They used to be exceptionally good food so I wouldn't mind the rude
