Two of the women that were giving out the food coffee we’re very nice.but the The two women at the register was very rude and unprofessional. Also they ran out of certain things on the menu which is pathetic for first thing in morning. Just drive to dunkin donuts. This place is awful.
It took us a minute to find, but it was totally worth that minute. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and nice. The coffee me and my friend got was delicious. I also got some baby carrots, and they were so fresh and made an awesome snack. Overall, this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I seriously recommend it.

This Stabucks was located in the Marriott downtown in Hartford CT. I expected it to be super busy in the morning (I went at 7:45 before a conference) but it wasn't, which was great. I ordered ahead on the app, which I was excited I was able to do since a lot of hotel Starbucks locations don't offer online ordering. The staff was okay. I was looking for my drink and they kind of just stared at me without helping me move the other to go orders around
