Worst taco bell ever , you will wait over 30 minutes for food especially if you order thru door dash , Uber , or GrubHub they don't care for customer care at all . They take it as a joke when if these customers don't order you won't get pay . They need a whole new crew or retrain these children .

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever had. I actually paid extra for extra chicken and I was given tacos with literally ONE piece of chicken in them. They essentially robbed me. $16 for 3 of these tacos with about 3oz. Chicken combined. You should lose your franchise over this. This isn't the 1st time from this establishment either. Just the worst visit yet. I people realize what a ripoff you are and you close your doors. It's too bad because I love taco bell, Unfortunately it's only as good as the people making it. Have some pride in your work.

There was only one team member that was pleasant. They barely interact with customers and make you order off the kiosk, even after seeing I'd been in line a couple minutes. There was no customer service or even acknowledgement of customers. Many people walked out after being there for more than 10 minutes without a greeting after ordering off the app. My food was cold like it came out the fridge for the second time, which is why I'm writing this reviews. The manager with the long face, was very rude and would walk pass waiting customers without speaking or making eye contact, while every other employee stayed in back and also had no interaction. The black women was helpful, the white girl came to punch in and took my order at the same time because I was also ordering from long John silver and has yet to be assisted after at least 10 minutes of being there. The location is a bit cold for our have been 39* outside. It could be a great restaurant if the employees had better social and customer service skills.

The fact my quesadilla was wrongfully put in all I wanted was a quesadilla with xtra chicken and they gave me ground beef and it wasn't cut the way it normally is very disappointing somebody was having a bad day and didn't care bout perception, I might stay away from this taco bell for a min. Personal problems should not be a customers problem....

EPIC FAIL ! As usual, my mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag, box crushed, and the toppings sauce and cheese all sticking to the underside of the box. I paid extra for tomatoes and sour cream on my double decker taco, but that was neglected as well.

As a Taco Bell addict, I’ve been going to this Taco Bell nearly weekly(and sometimes 3-4 times a week before it was time to eat more healthy) since 2021 when I moved to WeHa. This Taco Bell’s portions are amazing. I got the new 3 cheese quesadilla tonight, great quality. The staff are amazing, friendly, and they help me as soon as I walk to the pick up counter, and if not then as a former fast food worker I understand it’s because they are a busy high volume store. The lobby and bathrooms are clean. Also, compared to other TBs in CT the prices are better. I spent a few months in Waterbury last year and hopefully this Taco Bell stays away from Waterbury prices haha. NEVER had food missing, or made wrong, orders are correct. While I’m no longer a late night person, this Taco Bell stays open until their advertised hours, which other near by towns Taco Bell’s did not. But to staff and management keep up the excellent work!
