I ordered online which I thought was through the restaurant website. I wanted to pick up but later found out it was for delivery offered by waiterwheels.The order process didn’t ask for my address or payment information. It didn’t even show all the charges and total amount. The only information they asked was the tip amount. I was charged for Delivery fee, service charge for $10.00 plus tip. The whole process without being able to review order or payment selection is unacceptable. They must realize that I would back out once I found out that I reach their website by mistake. I never ordered from them but they got my credit card and address information which is scary. I will look closely next time I order online.

Then when the order got here over 90 minutes from the time we called, the driver was cranking on his horn cuz he couldn’t understand how to read the buildings. Our food was cold, so the “restaurant is behind” phone call was phony because there were other orders inside the vehicle from other restaurants. There’s no way the food would be that cold from a restaurant 15 minutes away!! Try and avoid this service at all cost!!

This delivery service is not a scam as some of the reviews claim, it’s a great local small business that I have nothing but positives to say about. Less fees than the major delivery services and great restaurants to choose from. My food has always been delivered hot and fresh as ordered in a reasonable amount of time by a pleasant driver. I’m confident that if I ever had an issue it would be resolved promptly and that there would be a logical explanation provided. You can trust them with your business.

Terrible experience. Believe the other reviews. They did the same to me..first they tell you the restaurant is preparing your food and give you an outrageous wait time (should’ve known then they were not going to be reliable). Then if you contact customer service, they say the restaurant is running behind. Next time you contact them, they say the driver is almost there. Called the restaurant, and they hadn’t even received an order from them. A SCAM.

After driving to CT to visit my friend for her birthday, the last thing I wanted to do was cook or drive and pick up food. But WaiterWheels + Ocho Cafe = the perfect bday meal without lifting a finger! Ok, maybe a few to place the order but you get it. The food arrived a little earlier than we expected, it was hot and delicious. Try their mango and chicken quesadilla, it’s freakin amazing!

With a million things going on right before dinner time, I thought it would save some time and hassle to order delivery via Waiter Wheels as opposed to placing an order for takeout and driving to pick it up. When the order arrived, we found that one of the pizzas looked an awful lot like it was a regular crust as opposed to the gluten-free crust that we ordered. We called the restaurant and discovered that WW placed the order for a regular pizza...which we figured out AFTER the two people with celiac disease had already eaten pizza that subsequently made them sick. I called WW and was told that their interface for this particular restaurant was confusing in this regard and would be corrected to keep this from happening to someone else in the future and that we would have a gluten free pizza delivered asap. We were refunded the difference in the prices of the two pizzas, but we still paid full price for a gluten free pizza that arrived 1.5 hours late, and this was after the original pizza made the unwitting customers sick. Not great.

Literally one of the worst experiences with delivery I have ever had. 30 minutes on the phone trying to guide him trying to help him find an entrance that had clear signs and was apart of a complex in a *loop*. Was stubborn and rude on the phone. Will absolutely never be doing this again.

Waiter Wheels is a borderline scam. We placed an order for Barcelona delivery. They accepted the order, provided a delivery time, charged our card, provided fake updates on our delivery time then sent a text 10 mins after the due time that Barcelona was unable to fulfill our order. We called Barcelona and they had no idea what we were talking about. Do not use this company.
Locally owned and operated, great selection of restaurants and menus, speedy drivers, helpful , courteous staff and a contactless, safe, socially distanced way to have your food delivered. What more could you ask for? If you need food delivered for the entire office, a birthday party or just a casual Friday night, look no further than waiter wheels. You won’t be disappointed!

As a restaurant owner I take great pride in our product and customer service, so finding the right delivery company to partner with was challenging. We started a business relationship with Waiter Wheels 10 years ago and could not be more satisfied. They take great care in delivering our pizzas and their staff are always attentive and professional. I highly recommend giving Waiter Wheels a call and keeping it local!

I placed my first order using Waiter Wheels a couple of days ago and I was very happy with my experience. The pizza that we ordered arrived timely and was just as hot as if it would have been served to us in the restaurant. I love that they have an option for a no contact delivery! Also, the driver even texted me a about five minutes before arrival to see if we had any special instructions which I thought was a very nice touch that I haven’t seen before with other delivery services. We will definitely be using Waiter Wheels again for our food delivery.
