Great pizza, true to the craft, got sautéed onions instead of raw onions cooked on pizza but the overall experience was absolute

I don't have to even order from them to realize that they're far from worth it. I don't know if it is because they're 8 and a half miles away, or if it is because they're open during Corona times or simply because they're the only ones open until 3 am, but regardless they have a 20 dollar delivery fee on grubhub. Plain and simple, will never do business with them.

I ordered for delivery through their website. The food came and to my surprise, it is not anything like what I ordered. I ordered a pizza with only veggie: mushroom, peppers, onion. Delivered was a pizza with some veggie plus sausage and pepperoni. I also ordered a cold cut combo. On the website, it clearly stated that all grinder comes with lettuce, tomato and choice of cheese. So, on the site, the only choice I have is to chose the type of cheese, and the size: sm, md or lg. Delivered was a blackened burned bread with no lettuce, no tomato. I called the restaurant and inquire as to why my order went so wrong. To which the person in the call said "if you do not tell us you want lettuce & tomato, we don't give you. AND, we don't burn grinders". I asked if his driver could come back here and inspect it for himself, next he hung up on me. I called back and ask about my supposedly veggie pizza turned out to have 2 meats in it. He said "we don't make mistakes, you must have ordered wrong". I told him to look at the order on his end and offer to show him my online receipt. He said "I don't care". I then asked to speak to a manager, then he raised his voice "I AM THE F'YING MANAGER AND OWNER, YOU STUPID!" (with a bit of an accent) before he hung up on me again. I will definitely dispute this charge from my credit card, claiming I offered the restaurant to make things right and but the Manager/Owner became verbally abusive to me. I threw the pizza and grinder in the trash as I would never eat anything that come from such horrible people.

Was given the wrong pizza and was told my the manager I'd get a replacement. No big deal because I felt the manager had handled it the right way. After an hour I get a call back from the manager saying he left the store, and I should call them and and to send the delivery guy with my pizza, and I'll give them the wrong order. I call and I get some rude guy saying they couldn't send a pizza. After I tell them the manager himself told me to call, he puts the cook I think to tell me he refuses to make me a pizza and send it to me and he didn't care what the manager said. Now I have cold pizza, and the pizza I have doesn't even taste good. 55 dollars I wasted on a disgusting pizza, burger, and wrap. Don't waste your time here. Too expensive, horrible service, and food that you have to hope and pray they put effort into making it

I ordered half cheese and broccoli and half sausage and onion. The broccoli was on the sausage and onion side. The strawberries for my cheesecake was frozen. Im not sure the cheesecake factory would have done that. Doordash person was polite.

Bad customer service. Today at 110 am I received my order through Uber eats. Now I didn't get what I order and called them up. They said it was Uber eats fault. Solve it with them. Called over ten times and they keep picking up and having up the phone. Buch of children. Never will I go there again. The food sucks .

Be very, very cautious if you order from here. I ordered a turkey panini last night and the meat was spoiled, it was made on a pita and nothing like a panini. I called back and asked for a refund on the sandwich and the guy said he'd do it. He never did so I called back today and he pretended not to be the same guy, then admitted he was and said he wouldn't do anything. Super shady.

I have a crew at work that ordered from this establishment with a company credit card. When they received the credit card receipt it was charged more than the total shows on my credit card statement. My crew leader called and ask them to send a receipt for the difference since it does not show up on the receipt they were given. The man hung up the phone on him. I called back to explain this was a business credit card and I needed a receipt that reflects the total amount charged. The man said he does not have a receipt and he will not send one. Then proceeded to hang up on me. BEWARE they charge more than the charge for the food and will not provide a receipt for this charge.

Great service, wonderful ambience, modern restaurant design and to top it all beautiful Italian food and wine. Food was impeccable, beautiful melazzana parmigiana and steak tagliata with a modern twist with shots of pesto and balsamic. My other half opted for pumpkin pasta which was cooked impeccably and full of flavour. This was followed by veal with sage. This was unbelievably tender and the taste of sage was just wonderful. The service between our starters and mains was slightly slow so we asked the waiter who promptly told us that it would be five minutes and offered to buy us a drink because of the delay. Exactly the type of service you would expect from a well run establishment. The wine list is extensive with wines from around the globe, great election for wine lovers like us. All in all a fabulous meal.
