This place is unprofessional. I called and placed an order for a small pizza and mozzarella sticks. The guy told me it would be 30 mins, cool. Waited and waited and waited called after an hour and the guy was so rude and disrespectful wouldn’t even let me talk, said the delivery guy called multiple times and I did not answer, which is a complete lie because I was literally glued to my phone…told him I’d like my money back or I need my food. Told me I could MAYBE get my money back, MAYBE! Never again. So basically they took my money and never gave me my food. No wonder why they only have 3 stars, how is this place still open?!

Pasta portion was smaller than any reputable restaurant would ever consider serving.A place calling themselves Pasta Plate should be beyond embarrassed.Also they would not answer the phone when I tried to voice my displeasure.

It wasn't that bad. A bunch of guys who couldn't really speak English on the phone but friendly, well meaning. I could tell no one was trying to scam me and the pizza arrived on time. The margherita was pretty damn good and it did the job for me, especially since I ordered it so late. All in all? I'd try them out again.

I ordered takeout last night from these guys. It never showed up. And when I called the restaurant, no one answered. I called again in the morning, and the number was for a bubble tea place. This place is a scam do not order food from them. I would write zero stars if I could because they literally just robbed me.

Absolute garbage, I ordered the tortellini Alfredo and got about 10 tortellinis in my order. We also ordered spaghetti bolognese and there was no meat in the sauce and it wasn’t even mixed together. The red water they call sauce was just sitting at the bottom. A disappointment all around would NEVER order from here again.

So I told him two slices please but when I saw him wiping his hands together it dawned on me that he didn’t use gloves are washed his hands that’s when all of the guys came from the back & things got out of hand because I’m not backing down from know one…plus I will be contacting the health department ??

Omg this food was so terrible, by far the worse chicken Alfredo I have ever tried in my life! Sorry I did not ask for watery pasta with no taste or flavor totally disgusting.
