If this is location is what Wingstop is about, it’s giving ALL Wingstops a bad rep! Habanero wings were nothing but a butter sauce. Asked for everything to be well done and nothing had a crunch. Ordered veggie sticks side, none anywhere. Nothing at all was good or accurate. This place is disgusting. If I could rate it a ZERO, I definitely would because it’s the rating it deserves! Wingstop should shut this franchisees location down. ??

They are super slow. Rude service, if there even is any, the cashiers are barely ever there, and then they will blatantly ignore you, despite waiting 15 minutes for your food. Incredibly disrespectful. It is always a displeasure whenever I have to pick up an order here for work.

If I could rate negative, I would. The whole staff socks. Every time I am in here, I am in here a lot as a doordash driver. The customer service is rude, slow, and incompetent. You will easily wait double or triple the expected time while they have more than enough employees staffed at a time. They need to redo their entire staff.

They will always mess up your order here and when you call about it they hang up on you don’t care about customer service or what they put in your bag. You just have to deal with it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Young spanish girl with Chinese tattoo on her neck don’t know what customer service is at all. I’m not even sure how she even got hired. She knows I asked her question, tells me to wait. Waits for more people to come in and literally decides to be petty, go right past me and assist 2 other people. Ask her what’s going on & literally just ignores me.

Went to order my food and first 3 options of sauces weren’t available. Ordered a boneless combo and waited 45 mins to get bone in and no beverage. Although all of the Soda options were unavailable, just like most wing sauces, when asking for a cup i was rudely told “we don’t got cups”. How do you not have cups? Anyways i then ask for a refund because I don’t want my 45 minute old wings that were sitting on the table due to their sub par ability to do their job they tell me they can’t give me one because they have “water bottles to offer” me. Lol. A joke.Also got my name wrong and I asked if a bag was mine. I got the response “are you …?!” Even though they got my name wrong. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Never had them before called to place an order and the girl who answered was extremely rude. Mid way through my order she started a conversation with someone else in store being extremely rude to them as well, disregarding my order. When she came back to the call had the most rudest tone that I no longer wanted to place my order. Very very unprofessional!!

Ordered for pick up and stood at the counter for over 20 minutes with no employees in the front at all. When I looked in the back of the building they were all out there smoking and hanging out. Shouldn’t there be at least one person up front to tend to customers ? It’s so unorganized and messy in there.
