This place needs to Learn how to make a good hot coco and hot tea because the hot tea and the hot coco I got was completely disgusting water down hot coco and tea tasted like coffee with tea in it like gross I will not be going there
It’s absolutely insane to have people waiting in your drive thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM, and not even address it, apologize,…. Once in the drive thru , you cannot leave. You’re trapped - and for 30 minutes? 5 min is too long for a drive thru the majority of the time. At the very least you should be apologizing for holding people hostage and acknowledge how crazy it is to be this slow and behind. A bit of acknowledgement can go a long way. Worst Dunkin in the area. Nothing has changed here, bad service and wait time is too long. Placed a mobile order and stood waiting for over 5 minutes. Asked for a refund and went to Wescott Road, service is phenomenal there.
