Went here last night with my boyfriend to celebrate my 30th birthday, made reservations weeks in advance, there must have been nobody reading the reservations, due to the fact it stated in my reservation it was a birthday celebration. nobody came over and said not even happy birthday. That wasn’t a big deal seeing as all they do is take their dessert put two candles in it and hand it to you. The part I’m disappointed in was the food. Paid $95 for me and $95 for my boyfriend to go there to eat for my special day, needless to say I will not be going back again. The food was not worth the $211 we spent last night. No flavor at all in any of the food we had in our three course meal. The scallops were warm not even hot and had little to no flavor in them, next his signature dish the beef Wellington was drenched with sauce that’s so vinaigrette tangy like that it over powers the meat and you get nothing but that as a flavor. The vegetables that came with that were hard and the potatoes were one scoop with mainly a butter flavoring. The best thing we ate last night was the sticky toffee pudding everything else was disappointing to say the least. Was definitely a let down as we were looking forward to eating here since before they opened. The atmosphere and esthetics are the only good thing in my opinion. Will not be going back and definitely think more flavor or at least salt needs to be added to the dishes going out to people.

I had angelic food here at Hell's Kitchen. The service is flawless and the fact that the kitchen is open gives the restaurant a special ambience. The desert had me die and wake up in heaven. Great experience and worth the money!

I was really looking forward to finally having an opportunity to eat here. After so many months of waiting and anticipation we got up we got dressed and we stepped out! Unfortunately we were really disappointed. The service could have been better. The vegan options though some were great, the tofu scallops were just so darn bland. There was absolutely nothing special about them and I would never order them again. They were so bad. It took a while for someone to get our order and that's just for drinks, my drink came first. We waited about another 15 minutes before my husband received his. We couldn't enjoy drinks at the same time. We got dressed up as we like to make our time special, the restaurant is gorgeous but it is disappointing to have such a nice place and see so many people wearing sneakers and shorts etc. But I understand it is in a casino and no dress code. Once our food came out, the server knocked over my husband's drink and it spilled on the table. He never apologized and just kept walking. I had to ask my regular server to provide us napkins to clean up. The server thought my husband had made a mistake and made a comment about it and then I informed her and let her know that it was the guy who brought us our food. She apologized, and was really nice, I just wish that our drinks would have come out on time. That was our first impression and our last.

The food is AMAZING!! As an avid viewer of the show I've always wanted to try the lobster risotto, it exceeded my expectations. We also had the braised short ribs, the meat just fell apart. We decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table, our bartender was great and brought my best friends a complimentary piece of buttery chocolate cake. This was a great dining experience and hopefully I'll get to do it again.

The food was overpriced and overrated the scallops were cut in half and cold the filet was so salty it was disgusting the beef wellington was not good and uneatable! Don’t waste your time or money! Not worth it at all!

The food here is incredibly good. The lobster risotto appetizer might be the best thing I've ever eaten. The crispy salmon entree was great too. The restaurant is pricey, but you are getting a world-class dining experience. I would recommend not bringing kids personally. We love eating out as a family, but this is geared more towards adults.

Had a great meal at Hell’s Kitchen. Well worth the wait for a reservation. I think the kitchen misplaced our ticket because tables around us, seated at the same time, were turned over before we received our entrees, but our waitress got it sorted. It’s a good thing Gordon will have residency at Foxwoods while they film new episodes of the Hell’s Kitchen TV show. There’s an amateur chef down the hall who needs his expertise. Guy Fieri gave three members of our group food poisoning!

Ribeye steak was mostly gristle with hunks of straight up fat all around it. The small part of actual meat was just chewy. I expected a higher quality of meat here. The Mac & cheese was tasty but texture was grainy and the potato puree was undersalted and had a strong taste of milk or cream. Cesar salad was tasty but you could crack a tooth on the rock hard croutons. Overall very disappointing. Service was average.
