The staff were very friendly. The food is overpriced though for what you get; small portions of stuff that tastes stale or as if it has been sitting for a while. Had to wait 2 hours for the food and didn't get any of the advertised sauce or sides with it. The building was almost empty so I don't think they were busy, perhaps just understaffed.
Viola was the best. She was so polite and attentive.

My very first time to any ruby Tuesday. I don't know if it was because it was Easter Sunday but the service was very slow and one of the hostess came out of her way to tell us to closed the shades when we was eating. Dust came out. But every table the shades was wide open.

Silverware was dirty, water glasses were dirty, beer tasted bad, steaks were pale, shrimp looked pale and prefrozen and chewy, and while the salad bar looked great the ranch dressing was watered down and tasteless. I hadn't been here since my mother found a hair IN her burger (about 6 years ago). My little sister picked it for her birthday dinner so against my better judgment I said ok. We ordered SIMPLE food, her a salad and me mozzarella sticks. We waited THIRTY minutes for this simple, basic order. Finally I got sick of it an we left to go somewhere else. I won't ever go there again.

Under staffed, food was gross, freezer burn taste for fish & chips. Salad bar was not stocked well. Waited a long time for our food, which was not even edible, honestly.Wheelchair accessibility: I brought my grandma who is in a wheelchair and found it very difficult to get around. The bathroom was not very accommodating for those in wheelchairs.
So one time I used Uber eats and I got the fish and chips right. I was just down the road and it just didn’t seem as good as other places. however, when I went inside and ate at the Ruby, Tuesday’s, the quality of the food seemed better. Maybe it was just me. Anyway, my friend got the cheesesteak and it has the liquid cheese so in case you were wondering. The loaded tots too but they were really good. I love tots here because they’re super crispy.
