Food is pretty good, just a hole in the wall place. Good Penne Alla Vodka, very fresh bread, decent salad, nice staff. There are expensive places around here that can really futz up dishes like Penne Alla Vodka.

I recently moved to Madison and got a coupon in the mail via Welcome Wagon for a free large cheese pizza from Petrillos - went in to get it and try this place out, and they said they don’t take the coupons anymore / turned me away - said people were abusing the coupons / basically accused me of forging it or something? So strange, will never return - plenty of other pizza places in Madison. Terrible customer service - a coupon meant to gain a customer made them lose one…. Backwards!

I gave specific directions to leave at the side of the house, no contact delivery. Owner let his 14 year old grandson to deliver to the front of the house who knocked at the door. The dogs upstairs were disturbed enough to break through a window. The child then proceeded to keep knocking on side door after glass was broken. It was clearly stated to leave at side door. Owner would not accept blame. Was extremely rude. Clearly child could not read at 14 years old
Deeply disappointed by my meal at this restaurant. The lack of quality in the food and service made for a truly unpleasant dining experience. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy, and the meat was tough and dry. Meat was also of very low quality. To make matters worse the service was slow and inattentive despite many customers. I would not return to this establishment.

Overcharged by $17 on a large order. I called to report and request a refund and they refused. Had to go through my credit card to get the refund and it was not an issue because I was clearly charged more than was listed on the receipt. I would advise to always check your receipts or pay in cash only.

Quick stop after doing some thrifting for a beer and a bite to eat. Not many people there, though it was early. A few people at the bar chatting away and watching NASCAR. Ordered wings, salad and a large pizza. The wait staffer looked at us funny for ordering a traditional pie, sauce and grated cheese, oh well. Salad was large, wings were very good. Left a nice after burn from the hot sauce. Definitely would go there again for those. The pizza, eh, not overly excited about it. Not a lot of sauce, Tina of grated cheese and dough was... well no char. Need chat for a good pizza. Atmosphere was nice. Would go again, but will not order any pizza.

Came for trivia night on Wednesday which was my first time at this trivia. It was more of a laid back crowd but that didnt affect the quality of the trivia. It was over within an hour though I thought it would’ve lasted 2 hours. The food is always good, like a hidden gem in Madison. The app of the chicken tenders consisted of 4 massive sized tenders, we got the buffalo flavor. The pork chop special with a side of broccoli and baked potato also did not disappoint. Friendly wait staff and the wait was not long. I always enjoy coming here
