The actual club and food prices are great especially meat and veggies. The only reason this is a 3star is because the tire center is terrible. I'd give them 1 star. There never seems to be anyone there to answer the phone and when you go in your waiting until the tech is done servicing a car to help. Over my tire experience I wasted over two hours waiting on phones, or in store for the help. I also was told I could drop the car the night before only to be told by someone else it wasn't possible once I was there with the car. Then I had to go into the store to discuss that with the manager so they could give my keys to the staff in the morning. I saved about 100.00 over going to a town fair tire but with all the time waste and aggravation it wasn't worth it. If you don't value your time then go there.

So tired of the racism at this store . Standing in line their is always one idiot that thinks they are above waiting like the rest of the people and for some reason are allowed to walk out of the store without being checked like the rest of club members and for some reason even though the racist man checking reciepts watched him cut in front of everyone and walk out unchecked and smiled as he stopped my cart i said you didnt just see that guy ? He said not my problem

For people that like to juice celery... I bought 4- 1lb bags of Bjs organic celery $3 a bag. Two or 2lbs bags yields only 12oz of juice! There are a lot of yellow leaves that I had to throw away to keep the juice from tasting extremely bitter. Even so the juice was still very bitter. At COSCO I buy 1 -2lb bag for under $6 and it yields 32 oz of juice and it is delicious. There really is no excuse for such a low standard grade of organic celery. People pay more for organic for its quality... and BJs celery is gross!

I typically only go to BJ's to get gas. You won't find a better price for gas than at BJ's. It was $2.95 yesterday, but it probably won't stay that way for long. Lines can be very long for gas. The hose is also long so, it doesn't matter which side the gas door is on your car, it will reach it. As far as the store itself goes, most items are in bulk and I don't need almost anything in bulk. I'll usually get milk, some fruit, not a lot. The wait at the deli is so slow, very slow. It makes me want to give up on everything in my cart. BJ's is a club. You must be a member to shop here. It is $25.00 if it's your first time joining the membership, or $55.00 if it's beyond that. If you have a need for bulk items for your family, it might be worth your time shopping here.

Really like BJ's but there deli is so slow. Got all my shopping done and still had to waiting It's been about 40 min. Complained to manager and they finally brought out a guy to help. He took care of 3 people to her 1. Then they brought out another women and she is quick but took the guy out. You can't make this stuff up. He finally came back but us doing call in orders.

I personally like the selection of bakery goods, frozen foods, and snack items in bulk. The book section is very impressive. Quite a selection of book collection as well. Better buying deals on bulk items than Costco.

This is a review of BJs curbside pickup. In a word, horrible. I ordered 5 items online for pickup at 2 pm. We get there at 2, expecting to see a number to call to announce our arrival. Nope. You have to download the BJs app. Glad I don't have a flip phone. I had already installed the app, so that wasn't an issue for me. My issue is that when I went to check in on the app, it says I didn't have an order ready for pickup. Turns out you can't tell them you are there until they get around to shopping your order. You ar to wait until you receive a text saying THEY are ready. Good to know who they prioritize. When we finally got the order 50 minutes late, we were told they were understaffed. How about a heads up that you're running behind? Nah, BJs don't care. Would be a nice service, if it worked.

Customer service is incredibly poor. It's been a month so far, several hours on the phone, broken promises of call-backs, and still unable to use the service we paid for. Looking forward to the new Costco coming soon. I have been a member since 2003. I have never had issues with my membership until recently. I paid my annual membership dues, as usual, in November 2020. But then on May 3rd 2021 an additional deduction was made from my linked checking account in the amount of $55.00. I called customer service on 5/3/2021 and the representative (Randy) agreed to refund the erroneous charge. I received the funds on 5/10/2021. On 5/13/2021 I went to get gas at BJ's but my card was rejected as my membership was cancelled. I was unable to buy gas or buy anything at your store that day. On 5/14/2021 I called customer service again and spoke with Christy. I explained the problem and she told me that the issue had been referred to Membership Support. She assured me I would be contacted within 48 hours. On 5/15/2021 I called again and spoke with Auturo who said that my case would be escalated and resolved within 72 hours. On 5/17/2021 I called again and spoke with Karina who said that they were "looking into it" with Membership Support. On 5/19/2021 I called again and spoke with Miguel, a Supervisor in Customer service. He said that he was aware of the situation. He requested that I send proof that the $55.00 membership was charged and then refunded as the Credit Department required it before my account could be reactivated. He said that he would contact me after receiving the bank information. I'm surprised that I was responsible for this - I assume you keep records. I went through the trouble of calling up my bank statements, screen-shotting the information that was requested, and emailed it to the address provided. It took awhile. Despite the promise to receive a response within 5 days, no response was received. On 5/25/2021 - I called again and spoke with Mario to inquire about the status of my issue. He said that the membership Support department is responsible for reactivating my membership. He said it would be reactivated in 3 days. 5/28/2021 - My account is still "expired". I called again and spoke with Kevin. This was another hour-long conversation, most of it listening to hold music. Kevin told me that it was in the hands of the Credit Department - he couldn't give me any more information. He said that Eduardo would contact me on Memorial Day, 5/31/2021. He stated that, as a Philippines contractor, they would not be celebrating the holiday.

Busy big box store. Would help my experience if I could get the app to work. Excellent selection of product. Just be ready for volume size purchases. Meaning, cereal boxes are huge. Staff polite and facilities clean appearing.

Don't waste your time ordering tires here. I placed an online order for tires on February 23rd and was told the tires are available next day and scheduled installation in March. The online order stated that my account wouldn't be charged until it was completed. The charge appeared on my credit card the day after I placed the order. When I went to have the tires installed I was told they did not have them. I never received a call or email and wasted Saturday afternoon planning on having the tires installed. Then it was a huge hassle getting a refund on the purchase.

I go to this BJ frequently I have been shopping there for 20 years I want to tear my hair out when I check out I have never waited less than 15 minutes before I reached a cashier Today at 5 PM they had one cashier for the entire store. I finally went to self service but there was barely any help. After spending 5 minutes trying to check out on my own I just walked out leaving my full cart I am also a member of Costco in the same town and shop there often. That store is superior in every way but just focusing the check out process: the wait time on line is generally a minute of less. Wake up BJ's. The cashiers are much much quicker. No comparison You would think I would have learned by now: BJ's is simply awful.

This is a review of the gas station only. I always make it a point to come here to fill up gas when I'm in Manchester as this one is much bigger than the one in West Hartford and easy to get to on and off the highway. Sharing a public service announcement for all club members. The gas lines extend to both sides. Revolutionary I know....it helps with moving the line along!!
