They brought our food first before our soup and salad, we asked for the manager it took a long time we walked out this was the second time I had this experience in this place The service here is not good. We went back there again in the middle of September of 2021, this time we got a better service. We are back in November of 2022 and service is much better. In March 2024 is all good

On 3/29/24 we ordered take.out, the young lady that we placed an order with maybe she was new but when you tell someone you would like a build your own pizza large with bacon, why is that a 6 minute convo and having to be placed on hold twice?Now about the pizza we ordered it was supposed to be deep dish it wasn't and supposed to have bacon which by the photo barely had any on there, yet you charged 5.70 for the bacon topping.Then we ordered bacon jam wings to be cooked crispy....not crispy at all.Then we get charged almost $40 for a full rack of ribs, the catch was up charge for sweet potato fries. Boy glad the person taking the order mentioned that when placing the order. So after a $100 later he's my take on this place food subpar service bad pricing horrible and for what your being charged should of been better quality quantity and service. I will never do business with them again nor recommend this place to anyone.

The food was flavorless and unimpressive. The waitress was slow and inattentive despite there being more staff than patrons during our visit. Thankfully I overheard her say our table number so I paid online and avoided the inevitable 30 minute wait for her to remember to bring our check.

The first BJs I ever went to was in California; I said to my friend "they should open one of these near me" and sure enough... They did.I come here all the time and drag my friends along with me (they're a little tired of it); I never say no to this place! Service is great, food is always top-tier, and the beer is refreshing each time. The only negative I would say is, I don't recommend their whiskey sours. But, hey, it IS a brewhouse after all.10/10!

Love the food here. Usually use Uber eats as work 7p to 7a. Only once got no salmon on my tomato mozzarella salad as ordered. It swam upstream! But really food is so good. I sometimes order a couple meals and it will be meals for the week. Recently ordered a mini pizza. They aren't kidding box was 7 inch square,lol. Was tasty though.

This place can be hit or miss. The service is usually good. But the food has come out bland on occasion and great on others. This last time we went for a mid afternoon meal. I got the tri tip steak with potatoes and broccoli. The steak was pretty good. It has a tasty glaze on the outside and most of it was tender. There was one part that had a lot of stringy tendon and silver back that was impossible to eat leaving close to 1/4 of the portion not edible. The mashed potatoes were the best part... Perfectly buttery and stiff. The broccoli was pretty much raw and the thick, fibrous stems were not removed prior to cooking and playing, which was not appetizing. For what I got, the quality did not live up to the cost which was disappointing. The food was definitely much better when this place first opened. Now it seems like the line just doesn't care about what they put out.On the plus side, our server was nice and her timing was good. The atmosphere could use some refreshing as it looks like it hasn't been updated since they first opened several years ago. Would I go back any time soon? I think I'll wait another couple of years when I forget about this visit.

We here on 3/10 at table 804 check 37. Service was inattentive, lazy , and careless. Ordered appetizers and was told 20 minutes into our wait they were missing and ingredient and asked if we could order something else. The hot chocolate came out cold and had to be sent back and came out again cold. Our second attempt at an app of brussel sprouts were burnt. Food was, ehhh, and overall service was awful. We won't be back.
Just grabbed apps and a few drinks and Amanda was our server and she was beyond amazing! Thank you so much Amanda for waiting on us on the patio and indoors we had an awesome time!!!

I ordered this smokehouse BBQ burger for the second time because I LOVED it the first time! It was AMAZING! so I ordered it the exact same way Medium, this time I had to throw it away. When you're making food you can't rush it or this happens. Makes me very sad that some places care more about quickness than quality, and that doesn't keep customers. These were lunch orders for a work meeting so it's a few meals but not a whole mess of them this should have never happened!

I love this place … I have been there many times on multiple occasions and I have enjoyed the food there every time I would say. Food - they have a large selection of food … which is great option specially if your coming in large group .. it caters to all… love their wide range of appetizers and salad or healthy food range… pizoochi .. shouldn’t miss that… vegetarian option is also not bad at all… their is plenty veg options or options with no meat..Coming to service .. evening in weekends get usually crowded and I had to wait once for 20 mins.. and other time I was told a 45 mins wait.. so I went some place else.. though they have great seating arrangements…. Lunch time usually I got place when ever I went
