I'm not sure how else to respond to the owner's comment to my review. But. I did fill out a compliant in the space provided on the link when the incident happened (4/22) and also through the app. So far, I have not received a response from either. I tried calling the business during business hours across several days and the call has failed each time.

I ordered food through the app. When I can to pick it up no one was here. I was charged for over 50.00 worth of food and now have hungry kids and no food. Terrible!!

I placed an order through the app and when I went to go pick it up, the place was closed.

In the past, I have said BurgerFi is the best burger I've ever had, and unfortunately that is now a lie. This location at the very least had not wiped down their tables, the bathroom was gross and the food was burnt. I wish I had not spent nearly 90 dollars here because of nostalgia. Cashier was friendly, but they need to learn how to cook like the folks at the Leesburg VA location did when I decided this was my favorite chain.

Staff was great and really friendly! Our burgers came out a little cold but overall a good experience. Will definitely try again.

Came here for lunch. It was ok. No ice cream for the shakes, which is a MAJOR disappointment. I know we have COVID, but come on, BJ's wholesale Club is right next door. The burger was very good, bacon nice and crispy. They don't know how to cook fries, they were mahogany brown and limp. You MUST blanch, cool, then fry again.

I got out of work late and went to this BurgerFi location. Before heading there, I checked on their website and found out that they don't close until 10 pm. I got they are at 8:05, and on my way through their front door I saw that it also stated they closed at 10 pm. When I went to the counter to order, the person working said that they close at 8. I understand that businesses have shorter hours because of covid but after two years you would think they could correct their website and/or their front door.

Really impressed. Got the classic fried chicken sandwich and fries. Overall very good. BBQ sauce is so tasty. Fast and friendly service also really clean.

Here we have Wendy's quality food offered at a premium price. If you've been hankering for a subpar burger, flat beer, rude staff & insufferable trendiness, you're in luck. Two competing radio stations playing at full volume? Check. Dirty, sticky surfaces and out-of-service signs? Got you covered.

We first tried out this place in Orlando..we loved it..found out there this is in Connecticut..definitely worth the 68 mile drive!!! The staff is wicked friendly and welcoming.

The Jr. Burgers were huge but just o.k., the onion rings were also huge and delicious! The fries were huge proportions but they were very dark and really looked like the grease they were fried in needed to be changed immediately. The staff was very friendly.

Good: Great greasy burgers, solid shake. Amazing tomato quality. Jalapeños were super fresh. Lettuce good enough, but not crispy like it should be. The stamp on the bun was interesting. Metal chairs for smaller tables for the older diner / hole in the wall experience. Pretty good customer service. Ugly: Fries not worth a damn. Soggy fry score: 2/10. Onion rings fell apart, leaving behind nice big onion slices to eat alongside the breading. Synopsis: Might buy a burger and shake here again(+3), would probably get the sides anywhere else (-1).

The burger were food but nothing special for the price. The chicken fingers and fries were just OK and the onion rings were just plain bad. We also tried the frozen custard which was good, but good old fashioned ice cream is still better. The Manchester location has a warm inviting interior, buy when we went the place was really in need of a deep clean. PS. Response left

What has happened to this place ? The tables and floors were filthy and the windows haven't been washed in forever. We should have walked out, but made the mistake and stayed. The food was definitely sub par from what it was just a few weeks ago. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Burgers are good and the portions are very large. A little bit expensive but good.
