Had to call back because the sesame chicken was realsoft and I ask for crunchy and I paid for vegetables in my chicken fried rice which I always get and they said they dont do that. So she put me own the phone with another lady and she said the same thing until I told her I get my rice like this all the time . So known she doesn't have amnesia. My fried chicken was fried hard and the French fries was fried soft it should have been the other way around. Since the owner wife doesn't work there everything is just up in the air. I gave a tip but I think I will be picking my food up for now on because it's never hot or warm. SMDH.

Moved to Manchester 2.5 years ago. Took awhile to find my “go to” Chinese place. I’m sure tastes are a personal preference but this is the best hot and sour soup in the area. Most places get judged on their chicken wings and although not my preference, my boyfriend rated them a 10 on a 1-5 scale. Fried rice is great if you don’t like a lot of veggies.

Definitely not recommended!!! The takes way way wayy longer for meal, i have been there for 4 time and its a record that the order is never ready the always tell me to wait 5 minutes but they took 20 minutes after that . The even not listening us if we call them . Never go there if you don't have time to waste.

Ordered delivery at work in the office. paid for soda to not receive my item called the delivery driver and he had an attitude talking about I need to call Empire not him. Im calling the person who delivered my order and took my money and he should've handled it instead of the run around. I won't order here again.

Great service and excellent food.Servers were really nice and patient when I couldn't hear what they were saying on the phone.Went in 10 minutes from the call and the food was already packed to go! (Hot too).Ordered chicken wings (super crispy and COOKED), jumbo shrimp (which is not really jumbo but still tasted good), mapo tofu (not really authentic but spicy), and eggplant (which was delicious! Highly recommend).It also has a bathroom which is rare for most chinese food take out places.

My Experience Change with this Place I Called Drove 15 Minutes to Location Girl at the Counter was More Concerned About Phone Orders than Taking Care of Customer in the Store I waited another 30 Minutes to get my Food I Only Order two items but was Told I'm Waiting on Half Chicken I've Been A Loyal Customer But I Am Highly Dissatisfied As My Mother Been Coming Here over 15 Years
