Went through the drive thru for breakfast. They left out the milk we paid for, so I went in and explained to the staff. They insisted that the milk was in the bag. It wasn't. Why would I waste my time while my food was getting cold to walk in and get insulted by 2 workers who just kept telling me that they put milk in the bag. So I spend over $15 bucks and let my food get cold to go out of my way to beg for milk that you tell me I already have? At least the guy waiting to pick up a door dash order understood. These people are pathetic. It might as well be total self-serve. I don't like to beg for something I've paid for. I didn't expect and didn't get an apology. Just an attitude that they were doing me a favor by giving me what I paid for.

This is the fourth time I wait over 20 min for food in spot one today I drove in ordered and got my drinks and was told to go to spot one which wasn't an issue there was over 6 cars behind me so again I figured if these people got simple meals should go by fast ... and it did except after the line had cleared and it was just one car heading in at a time I still had no food 20 min later another couple is told to go to spot one confused they just park behind me and a confused employee comes out with there coffee order and comes up to me and ask me what I was waiting on I repeat my order wait for him to bring it out and THE ORDER WAS STILL MISSING AN ITEM so I needed to zip around again at this point to speak to the person in the window and she then ask if I was sure and if I had a receipt which I don't have cause I haven't asked for those in months since It shouldn't go this bad late fine but late and missing stiff nah she then finally got my last item honestly if you can spare the extra time in your morning commutes go to McDonald's on hale and Deming or by the mall because my oder is consistently the same thing so much its saved in my app and they just don't care here

I went in recently around 9:15 pm. The men's room had big mac vomit in the sink accompanied by liquor nip bottles and caps everywhere . The dining room and soda area was trashed and 2 order kiosks were down. After I ordered through one that worked it notified me that credit cards not accepted at this time and to take the receipt to the counter to pay but the thing was out of receipt paper so i wasted time with the kiosk . I ordered verbally and waited 12 minutes for my order, got home and discovered I was missing an item .I don't go there often , maybe 2 or 3 times a year and it seems this location just doesn't have good management. Workers goofing around , laughing , on their phones. No accountability here . Why am I complaining about MacDonald's?Could just be a reflection of the town . I should have took pics of the men's room and uploaded it here but that may have been a bit off the rails . Next time when I'm in a pinch and nothing's open and need something quick its gonna gave to be a gas station .

Worst McDonald’s is this one don’t go here drive through window cursing up a storm get the f out of here don’t know his name he should get fire at 458 pm I was there all cus they milkshake was wrong had to redo it got upset for that made to wait for a other one at number one by the door like I side should get fire manager look who you hire

McDonald's is really a scumbag company. I was there late night 1am on 2/19. There had to be 10 cars in line and McDonald's has ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING BY HER SELF!!!!!! she does everything!!! I'm sure they barely pay her, but now she is doing the job of 3-4 people!!! McDonald's made $34 BILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR!!! McDonald's and it's CEO are low life trash.

I don’t think the night crew & Estrella really get the credit they deserve. They’ve all been pretty nice to me every time I go there. There’s usually a little bit of tension w/ doordasher’s at restaurants but I always felt welcome going there. ???
