I did not get cutlery for take out orders a couple of times although I mentioned it in the order. I felt like staff is little careless about it. When I asked staff, she told that it doesn’t appear in their system. I’m not sure why there’s an option to choose cutlery in their website then.

Good casual dining restaurant focused on noodle dishes. I ate here a couple different times. I really liked the zoodle based dishes.Dietary restrictions: Staff was able to accommodate some food allergies for a family member that ate with me, specifically they made recommendations to help avoid gluten allergy and soy allergy.

I'm a pasta lover, the chicken parm pasta was EXACTLY what I wanted and was not expensive for the portion I was given. Though the woman taking my order came off rude, I will be visiting again and again.

Food is always consistently good and we love to go here when we're in the area, however the woman taking our orders the past several times we went is very rude and doesn't seem to enjoy her job at all. Its one thing to be having a hard day as I also work in food service and I understand it's not all sunshine and rainbows, however it's been every time we've seen her that she has a very negative demeanor to the point where we hope she isn't there when we arrive (and wonder if we're doing something to upset her). That having been said, I don't wish to see anyone lose their job, however a smile would be nice as opposed to a resting death glare the next time we dine with noodles and co.
I come here every week and the same young lady is here she is extremely rude I have complained so many times and it’s obvious nothing has been done I will no longer go to this location I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning!!!

While the service is pretty fast and good and the staff is very helpful, or at least tries to be they are not too knowledgeable about the food. Also the food just wasn't that great, it was ok for the most part. The potstickers were really good though. Also the place itself didn't seem to be too clean, while it looked clean you were sticking to the floor.
The portion was small but that was a good thing because the food was disgusting. It was was cold and I have had better frozen entrees. I will not be back.

Chain restaurant, but with an authentic feel. Food consistency is always there and I love the variety of options. My kids love the choice of two sides and drink with their meal. I love that they have tofu as a protein option for any dish. Several years ago I had a not-so-good experience with Noodles & Company in California, but it may have been a one off thing (food-poisoning for 3 of the 4 people in our group after eating at that location). After several years of hiatus from this chain, we are fans once again.

it's always been hard for me to dine in a strip mall type area. Noodles & company is a little set off and has its own feel of its own place.The counter crew girls were like a well-oiled machine. They took my order, offered me other options, and all were smiling and happy as can be.My food came to the table and it was so enticing.It was Pad Thai noodle bowl, and potstickers appetizers. The aroma and flavor were delectable, and I ate it all up with ease.Even though the noodles and company are located in the middle of Mall mayhem, I will come out there again just for the wonderful meal.

A formica and linoleum sort of rapid food joint. I had one of the low carb dishes which was actually very good. But not a place I'd ever take a date or do more than lunch kind of get yourself fed.It has a reasonably nice outdoor dining area overlooking a large parking lot in front of the mall, which was quite pleasant in our case. But indoors I would avoid.

I was heart broken when all the MA stores closed a few years back. So whenever I go to CT, I make sure I stop by and grab a few bowls on the way home. I absolutely adore this restaurant. I always get the penne rosa and it never disappoints. Please come back to MA
