They served one of my party the wrong meal. It contained ingredients that she was allergic to and she got violently sick. I get that mistakes happen but what is inexcusable is that neither this restaurant nor its corporate office ever bothered responding to me. I wrote them months ago. Avoid at all costs, and if you do go, double check your food!

Haven’t been to Red Robin in several years and decided to give it a try on a nice Sunday afternoon. Burger was great but the onion rings were very salty!! Not sure if I just caught them on the wrong day or if this is the norm. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again.

Was there on Sunday. Lively place, but got seated immediately and server (Cyan?) took care of us quickly. She was fantastic! Actually, everyone was cheerful, seemed to be helping each other out, pre-bussing quickly, etc.The burgers were great, as always. Love those pretzel bites for an app. Cole slaw perfect too.Kudos to the managers and staff, this place is run well!

i came into red robin in manchester last night around 7:45pm. i had a verbal disagreement with another customer sitting at a table. the disagreement went on for all of 1minute when the manager (i’m assuming) came out of the back asking if i wanted to “take it outside” so we could physically fight. then on her way towards the door proceeded to try and call the cops on me as if i was the aggressor. waiting for a corporate number to file an official complaint. do NOT go to this red robin. the manager will try to physically fight you. very dangerous environment.

Had the fried pickels which are awesome. (Have had the onion rings they are amazing too!) And of course had a burger (but forgot the name of it)since it's a burger shop and it was very tasty. The employees are great to very nice and listen to what you order is. Prices aren't that bad either Thank you for a great experience everytime I come here, so I will come back for sure!!!
When I got there the place was nearly empty. I sat at the bar and it took a while for someone to take my order. When she did, she was probably 12 feet away from me with her back towards me facing the register taking my order. I ordered a soda and water, along with the teriyaki burger with NO MAYO, no pink, and garlic fries.I got my drinks but It took a long time to finally get the food. When I did get it I pulled the bun off and it’s loaded with mayo. I told the waitress and she looked at me like I was dumb. She said she didn’t hear me say it. I told her I definitely did say it because I’m allergic to eggs. She then turns it around on me and says, “you should have said it was an allergy because we would do things differently “. I then said, “I told you no mayo and it came back with mayo, that should have been good enough. Plus, you said you didn’t hear me anyway”.They did offer to remake it, but I don’t have time to wait again. Not only did they try blaming me but then they had the nerve to charge me for the drinks.I’m sorry, but this wasn’t my fault. If you can’t hear because you’re too far away then maybe move closer and don’t try blaming the customer

I came here to support my daughters fundraiser tonight and I’m more than disappointed. I ordered the kids meal which has 3 tenders and a handful of fries with a drink for $6.99 and the adult chicken tender and fry meal for $14.59. The adult meal had the same small amount of fries and one super tiny chicken tender extra than the kids meal. Upon asking why this was the manager came out and began to explain that the kids meal comes with a drink and that the adult meal is just more expensive. Makes absolutely no sense at all and would not even offer anything for the disappointment. Additionally the salad was missing ingredients. Beware of coming to dine here!

Service was superb! Our waitress, Taylor, was awesome! Even with how busy it was (Saturday night), she was on top of everything. The teamwork amongst the staff was so pleasing to see, as I work in the food service industry and know how cut throat it can be. The manager, Nick, was very understanding when we didn't arrive back in time for our wait window( 20 min wait to be seated) but was able to seat us as soon as we returned to the restaurant. Being well managed and well staffed made it such a pleasant experience!
