We placed an order at the Manchester location online after trying to call in an order with no answer because their website and google said they were open. We place the order and my husband goes to pick it up and the place is closed. I cannot call to have them cancel my order. I have never eaten here but now I don't want to.

Food wasn't great. Boneless wings were soggy. The breading was thick, soft, and under seasoned. The chicken was cooked fine, just a little dry, but the breading was just terrible. Waffle was pretty soggy. Fries were good, but expensive. I was also given the wrong soda. They really need to work on there packaging or not making food well ahead of pickup. They also need to figure out how to get crispy chicken without overcooking it. There are plenty of better wing places in town and also better exclusively chicken and waffle places. I'll probably visit in a year or two and see if they improve, but I'd be surprised if they weren't already aware of these kinds of issues.

Ordered online through Clover during business hours an hour before closing, fiancé went to pick up and you were closed. Week and a half of calling with no answer and checking DoorDash which said temporarily closed. Things happen and hopefully y’all are okay but if you’re away you should make sure ALL forms of online ordering are closed.That said, we’d still like our food as we love this place it’s my favorite takeout, tried Cheeks and will never go back there it was dreadful. Will change review to 5 stars when we can come and get our order as Clover offers no refund :) <3

I gave this place a try today. If I can give it a 0 I would. I usually go to cheeks chicken on center st, I regret trying this place price are way too high with nasty tasteless food. I think the chicken is frozen I seen Tyson chicken box sitting on the table. How do you pride yourself not frozen chicken and that’s what your selling. I had to throw that food away and double back and go to cheeks chicken it blows this place out of water. This is crazy I want a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.***I was there on a Saturday. How is saying the truth advertising for another store? Step your game up if you want to Compete in this business. DO BETTER!!!!

We ordered a six piece wings and a twelve piece wings with blue cheese dipping sauce for takeout. We received all ranch sauces, and the chicken was inedible! Partially burned and the seasoning was unlike what we have had in the past. We are incredibly disappointed.

I went to the Manchester location in the stop and shop plaza and the chicken was bland and the price was ridiculous. I paid $18 for a 6 wing(fries ) sauce on the side and a soda.
First time ordering from here today and it is very very good! I ordered a kid's meal with a waffle and a side of waffle fries. The fries are cooked well and well seasoned. The waffle is the best I've had from a chicken and waffle place in CT. The nuggets are the shining star though! Perfectly cooked and juicy. Roosters will be my go to chicken place from now on.

In a the battle chicken sandwiches, this place is the worse. Barely any chicken on the sandwich and way overcooked. My sandwich was bad, my wife's was next level terrible. They have a bunch of sides which allLook good, until you try to order them and find out that 80% of them are not available or "sold out". I'd believe the sold out excuse if the place wasn't ghost town when I was there at 5:00pm. As with most places in the area I wanted to like that place, but turns out it's just another place I'll pass on.
