This place is around for a very long time. Prices are reasonable, and food is decent. This time I went for chicken teriyaki over rice. As usual it was good food and good quantity.

My wife ordered some food she realized that she was overcharged when she asked cash register female to explain the overpayment she just looked at my wife angry and run away to help others. Extremely rude female in a cash register. I Will not recommend Sarku Japan to other costumers.

The girl in a cash register extremely rude. I asked her a question she just ignored me and started to help other customer. I been a customer for over 12 years . I will not coming back again and not recommend this place to others.

Extremely friendly staff extremely good food always ask you how are you doing oh he’s asked what you would like I highly recommend this place
Extremely rude and unsafe!! Only half the workers have on mask and the food sits out on the counter inches away from talking coughing breathing unmasked customers waiting to be sauced and packaged. When I asked for a plate that the previous customer had not already reached and talked over the chef flailed his hands and yelled "give her the money back she can go!". I waited 20mins in line for that service. Kinda feel like a dodged a bullet though so...

The food was really good as always but the two girls who were working the cash register were not nice at all. They made fun of me and were talking about me behind my back, which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward.
