The service is horrendous! They are always slow and the workers look at you but never check to see if you are all set. I try not to go there because it takes forever.
However, I was getting car work done next store and thought I would grab a sandwich. I waited 30 minutes before I got up an asked for my money back.
I will never ever go to there bagel store again.

Ida was great to us this past weekend she went above and beyond she was not only friendly but very patient when we placed our order over the phone answered every question and unlike most places wasn't rushing us off the phone only thing I can say was not pleasant was the fact it was so cold inside your location and you can tell the staff was cold cause our car was warmer then the inside of the store well that says alot about the owner and whoever is running this place it shouldn't be that cold inside a restaurantAs a business owner myself I would never let my hard working friendly staff work under these conditions I hope they fix the heat again thank you to the young lady for being so kind patient and just amazing with us you could tell she was stressed out but making it work and that says alot food was amazing ? but next time I hope we can sit inside and eat

Beyond Dysfunctional. No one knows what the other is doing. Don’t bother calling ahead of time, they’ll never put your order in. When you go to “pick-up” after calling ahead 20 mins or so, you’ll go to the register and they won’t have a clue what you ordered. Then you’re waiting an additional 20/30 mins for your food since that’s when your order actually goes in. If the food wasn’t so good, I’d say stay away! There are so many other options, this place really needs to step it up and get their functionality/processes figured out. The chicken with its head cut off model isn’t working. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place to visit.

Great bagels but the salami on my sandwich was gray in color. I would suggest looking at the ingredients that this restaurant serves you.

Poor experience at this location. Staff were running out of the building and having a screaming match in front of the place. There were several outbursts from the same employees. It may have been a manager for the location from what I understand. The food was greasy and I had a long black hair in my eggs. We ordered two Marlons, eggs were cooked correctly but the bagels were haphazardly cut and uneven so the sandwich spilled out the side. We waited 20 minutes for our food after ordering. Will not return to this location.

I’ll give them a 4.5 star if i could! The bagels are great with many options of flavors and styles being sandwich’s and cream cheese/bagel options. Their sandwich’s are phenomenal. Sometimes their drive thru wait time is kinda long even when you’re the person at the window.

BEST Breakfast in town! There is a variety of different breakfast sandwiches to choose from and even wraps! I enjoy the donut breakfast sandwich! The food is prepped fresh and QUICK! Staff are extremely welcoming and genuine!
the bagels are great. the workers are very helpful. Can't wait to try my corn muffin grilled with butter. I always get an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon. it is amazing!!!!

I love the bagels here but......customer service is horrific. First if you try to call in an order it's nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. You call and are placed on hold and they never come back to you. If you happen to get an order in and go to pick up your stuff you need to wait in the regular line because even though in the Vernon location they have a pick up window they will completely ignore you. I called today at 10 am on my phone and was in hold for 16 minutes before my husband called on his phone. He immediately got a hold of someone to take his order and proceeded to tell them that I have been on hold for over 16 minutes at this point and they never picked up. Nothing no apologies or even a bogus excuse. The staff at both locations seem like they don't even want to work there. They seem so put off just taking your order. It's too bad that the owner doesn't look at these reviews because he's losing customers because of his rude workers. I will not be going back here. Between Rounds will now have my business.

Steve’s has the best bagels in town. That in itself is enough reason to go there, but on top of that, they have the absolute nicest people working there as well. They’re always super friendly and it’s an absolute pleasure stopping in there.

Steves used to be my wife and i go to place every Sunday for breakfast. In these past few months they have completely dropped the ball from mishandled orders, forgotten add-ons, gross undercooked items and everything in between It's truly a shame this place has fallen to the current standards. Save your money and effort and order from a place that takes health safety and standards seriously.
