Don't go if they are busy. Called in an order and the person was very rude over the phone. Then waited an hour to be told our order was lost and it won't be too much longer. Horrible customer service. When my order was finally finished the put it on the shelf and left it for 10 minutes before I had to get it myself. Won't be coming back

I tried this place for the first time because I heard it was good. I went on break from work because I figured it would be quick. It took soooo long, the woman in the back kept saying there’s too much going on and seemed stressed but they kept taking orders. Strange. I ordered a Ruben. Literally the absolutely worst Ruben ever. And I spent $16 on it. Mini bag of chips and a pickle, There was barely any meat on my sandwich. I ate a cold sauerkraut sandwich with Kraft Russian dressing. Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never go back.

I used to go to Steve’s for years on Center Street in Manchester. Then Our family moved across the river just before the pandemic. Today we came back to Steve’s for the first time in 4 years and the food was absolutely horrible. Didn’t get the salt bagel I ordered and the quality and taste of what I did get was just awful. A lifetime of good experiences here ruined in one visit. I will unfortunately not be visiting Steve’s again. So disappointing.

Currently dealing with the flu, so didn't feel like going out to pick up an order. Made an order through Uber Eats, a few minutes later I get a call from one of the associates that they ran out of the item I asked for, then asked if I wanted to make a substitute. I didn't really want anything else except for the item I asked for. So I ask them to cancel the order. She tells me I need to cancel the order on my end, but I tell her if I were to do that then I'll still get charged for the whole order. She assured me that I wouldn't.So I hang up, begin to cancel my order, and notice the big warning sign stating the $20 charge for the order + last minute cancelation fee I was getting hit with. I call her back, she begins to give me an attitude like it's my fault I wanted a full refund. Had to argue with Uber support for 10 minutes before getting my refund. Never dealing with this establishment again.

I’ve always loved the bagels here, but such a hard time ordering at the counter, now that they are on Door Dash, we can have them delivered w out the catastrophe at the store.. The jalapeno cheddar bagels are the bomb, best ever??

Find another bagel place. Great bagels just not worth your time. Line is always out the door, and if you try to call ahead you're either placed on hold for 10+ minutes or they never pick the phone back up forgetting about you. They had much better service back when they opened but have gone downhill since

Always doing grubhub here and for 1 bagel pickup it always take 20 minutes or more it's not cool they should make these takeout orders first 7 people in kitchen and not one person getting order done this is my 5th time happening in 1 week they should closed this as well as center st amd workers are rude as well look like they on drugs or something

Great food. I think it's probably the best breakfast sandwich in the area. However, you shouldn't go unless you have a lot of time to wait. It takes 15-20 minutes because everything is made to order with no preprepared components. Quite expensive compared to competitors, but like I said, I prefer it better.

Experience today at the store will make me think twice about ordering food from Steve's Bagel again. So, I ordered bagel and sandwich in the store and waited for my order. when one of the girls came out of the kitchen and called my name, before she was handing over my order, "she asked me you are not a uber eats right! and this is personal order". I said no uber eats and I picked up my order. So, I look foreign she immediately thinks I'm with Uber Eats, I know she did not ask same questions to other customers in the store waiting on their order.
