The one lady working the floor deserves a raise and a bonus. 70 people in the place on Thursday and she was the only one on the floor. She handled it with a smile.Owner needs to get her help, the ratings would be higher.

Food is horrible. I don’t know what happened to this place because when it first opened, the food was decent but it went downhill years ago. I’ve tried lots of different things off the menu now and I’m always disappointed. Won’t be going there anymore. They need some better recipes.

Food is fantastic and delivery is quick. Best fries I've ever had. They're burgers and sandwichesare amazing. The Texas BBQ pulled pork sandwich is 5 stars

Burger and turkey bacon swiss sandwich were both excellent, also the fries and tots. Thanks for the recommendations!

We came here because we have somebody in our party who has a gluten intolerance. The gluten-free bread here was excellent on their sandwich, and the rest of us who had burgers were very impressed as well. They were perfectly cooked according to instructions we gave to the waitress and the sweet potato fries were excellent as well, best I've had in a long time. One side of the restaurant has tables and a pretty good size bar. The other side of the restaurant has an, air hockey table, a pool table, and several video games. With inflation being what it is the prices were as expected. Overall a very good experience

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Service was great too. Not into the bar setting but will continue to get take out.

I was craving a caprese sandwich, and boy did they nail it. The sweet potato fries with maple mayo were awesome.

This place is our go to for great sandwiches such as a the brisket and Cuban sandwiches. Their French fries are always fresh, crisp and tasty! Usually a pretty good beer selection too! Staff is generally friendly and there's a cute outdoor space too.

Been coming here for years. I love what they did with the place ! The awning and new outside furniture was a great addition. Generous amount of pepperoni and fries for the happy hour food. Very happy. Came in on a Monday service was swift and attentive. She was quick to clean up after patrons left. Nice to be back. I come every year I visit CT xo

Really disappointed that I couldn't order food after 9. Place has gone down hill significantly. Staff are always delightful to interact with though.

Some background information to help give perspective on my experience from this past Tuesday. I've been in town for 16 years, frequenting this establishment over the last 10 or so. There was a period of ~5 years where this was my most frequented establishment to go to. It is quite different now. Tuesday my party of 3 were looking for somewhere different to go in town; most of us have extended work hours. Arrived around 8:20pm. It's difficult to determine how late this establishments kitchen is open until. Up until recently there were a variety of times the kitchen was open, some of which I missed because it closes so early during the week. I ducked in several times for lunch or dinner the past two years only to find the place practically empty. There were roughly 10 patrons inside. The arcade games, pool and air hockey was new to us and provided entertainment while we waited for our food. With average hunger levels, we picked a ricotta pizza to share and added chicken. We also ordered spinach and artichoke dip with both bread and chips. It seemed there was one/two other parties eating, and the rest had drinks. There's no other way to describe our experience other then it was one of the worst pizzas I've had in years. I'm a former pizza & restaurant employee and cut my teeth on S&P's slices years ago. I've been to the owners Flatbread Company restaurant that was in Evergreen Walk South Windsor. I went to the Stone & Paddle in Vernon when it was open. They *can* make pizza. There has been rumblings across the community about the place slashing food costs; I have no way to know if it is true, but the experience we had didn't convince me otherwise. The dough for the pizza was clearly stale and flavorless. It certainly needed salt and frankly shouldn't have been used. The whole pizza, including the chicken on top didn't look fresh and lacked taste. It also needed salt, which considering there was ricotta, mozzarella, tomatoes and chicken on it, was strange. The bottom of the pizza had a beige consistency and seemed barely cooked. I wish I got a picture. The only star of this visit was Alyssa, who had several groups at the bar and our external table to get to all at once. She was personable and offered great service. We politely relayed our concerns to her. Spinach and artichoke dip was slightly better but really tasted like dairy only. The 'bread' it came with had a difficult, overly chewy consistency, and the chips provided tasted stale. Overall, it was really disappointing. I don't know what the strategy of this place has been the past few years, but it's clear to me some new ideas and better food quality are needed. After spending a large chunk of my Manchester life patronizing this establishment countless numbers of times, befriending waitstaff and being in the industry, it's hard to believe this establishment will be anything other than average. Come on Stone & Paddle! I am rooting for you! But this experience was horrible. Go elsewhere.

I have gone to paddle and stone numerous times. Both dining in and take out. Service was always good. The last couple of take outs, orders are wrong, poorly packages, and staff seems confused. If you are doing take out, I suggest asking to staff to go through the order before leaving. Food is still pretty good.

Stopped in for a take out pizza. Looked like a fun spot with plenty of games, music and T.V.s. Friendly bartender working the well stocked bar and take out orders. Pizza was better than I expected but not great. The crust was terrific the toppings a bit bland. On the expensive side ($15.52) for a small 2 topping pizza. Ranked slightly above average in our family pizza ranking project.

$4 Sea Hag is always nice…$19 for a saucer sized gluten free cheeseless veggie pizza though? And a waitress who was annoyed with our very presence? Yeah not a big fan…
