Came here with a coupon did not honor it the Three Foot Longs for a 1799 he only offered meatball bologna and salami and it's not worth coming to this store anymore

The restaurant itself was spotless, with a comfortable seating area that allowed me to enjoy my meal in peace.What truly set this Subway apart was the exceptional service. Go to another Subway! I had a coupon that excludes specific sandwiches which is fine. I go in and they have a printed paper with their own added exclusions, so you can only get cheaper costing subs. I walked right out I won't support a franchise that can't even honor a coupon from the company as a whole.

I know up selling is a thing but the employee who was very pleasant asked me 4 times if I wanted drinks ,chips or cookies each time I declined and 3 footlongs 2 roast beef and 1 turkey with just your basic toppings came to $39.90 insane.

I ordered online on 7/7/23 at 4pm for a 5:30 pm pickup. I was working a 12 hour shift at my hospital & so I had my husband pick up our small order of 2 six inch grinders. That’s it.. no meal, just two baby six inch grinders. When my husband arrived it wasn’t even made yet & the male worker said it wasn’t done because they were busy. Not true because my husband was there a good 5 minutes and saw for himself that it was Not Busy.. but busy or not, I had ordered 1.5 hours in advance. The female worker according to my husband was on point but the guy appeared lazy. I even tipped $5 for a $17 order cuz I believe everyone deserves payment for hard work.. well, I want the tip $$ back & I’ll never do business at this location. If ppl want jobs then work.. if u are unable to work then stay broke cuz lazy ppl are useless.

I placed an online order 1.5 hours in advance and it wasn't ready on 7/7/23 for a 5:30 pm pickup. I was working 12 hours at my hospital and I had my husband pick it up for me. They claimed ( the male worker) to have been busy ..whether busy or not, I placed the order 1.5 hours in advance. It was only 2 six inch grinders.. no meal. My break time was ruined because I didn't receive my dinner on time and I had to go without eating for 12 hours because where I work in a hospital we we're actually busy & our breaks are scheduled.. if u miss that scheduled break you will go without one. Because of the laziness and the inconsideration of just one person ( the male worker) it impacts others. I'll never go to this location again and if you don't want to work then stay home cuz nobody needs another lazy a** person in any field

This subway is horrible. Made my sandwich wrong twice. First time I asked for no onions because I'm allergic, they put extra onions.Second time they did not toast the bread or put extra cheeseI call to complain and get hung up on. I called back he gave me the owners number and they owner denies that my sandwich is still wrong and says "no I think something is wrong with you." And hangs up in my face
