Food is average, this is a chain so it i what it is. I do think it'sloud in there but that is part of the overall package also.I give it an "OK" but other places can certainly compete with it.

Our servers were terrific. One was in training. A real turnoff, though, was the fact that certain people were not made to pull back their hair. One sat us, playing with her long hair, and the other one went around checking each table to see if we were doing ok. All the other servers, sitters, bar tenders, and bus people did their hair back. These two need to be watched. I'm pretty sure in some states it's part of a law. I would like you to speak to them. Everything else was fine. We will return but next time I will ask to see a manager.

I love Texas roadhouse so much but I was expecting more on their mac & cheese. We got charged a good amount of money for them just to serve us the blue box mac & cheese because that's what it tasted like. I don't know if it's just me but I think they could do better. We went for a birthday party of 9. They accommodated us very nicely. Diamond, our hostess, was absolutely ? the best waitress any of us have ever had. She took our orders and noted all the alterations we had, and I can't believe that she was spot on and knew exactly who ordered what when she delivered them. She checked on us and removed any dirty dishes, numerous times during our stay. Hats off to the chef's to get every 9 plates done at the same time. I absolutely hate it when I go out to eat and some of us are eating and others have to wait. We will most definitely return and ask for Diamond to attend to us.Dietary restrictions: I have IBS, and the chef was very considerate of my health issue.

My family and I love Texas Roadhouse! The quality of the meats are top notch, especially for the price. They are always delicious, tender, and cooked perfectly! Their loaded baked potatoes are literally loaded too! ( : will definitely be going to the new one in Cromwell opening very soon too. Which is closer to your house! We go out of our way to eat at the Manchester location, because we love it so much, but the newly opened Cromwell restaurant will be awesome location-wise! ( :Dietary restrictions: I have to eat Gluten Free, due to having Celiacs, and they are extremely good about cross contamination and are very knowledgeable about celiacs, which is awesome and very appreciated! ( :

Great place to get steak and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend getting on the waitlist as times to wait for a table can go over an hour. They no longer serve peanuts because of allergy reasons but you can ask for a small bag before you leave. Parking is severely inadequate infront of the restaurant and everyone drives like crazy. You will most likely have to park at Joey garlics nextdoor or farther down if they are both busy.

My server was sweet she was very attentive but the food was not the best steak had no flavor no salt nothing the ribs were not very flavorful and the green beans also were bland but I would give it another try for sure maybe something
