This place is horrible!!! Won't ever go back to this one again. Went thru drive thru and when I got home half the order was missing. Didn't get the large fry with one order, no dressing for the salad and 2 forks for it instead of fork and knife. Plus 10 piece chicken nuggets was missing! Tried to call and no one picked up. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Spencer St. instead!

I asked for an unsweetened iced tea and you can almost see through it. It was just a tinge of brown like they added way too much water. Also ask for my burger with no ketchup. And yes I got to catch up so $14 later through the meal away. Will never go back there again. The young man handed me the food and said here you go. No thank you. No, nothing disappointing and shameful.

I had a mobile order and had a Baconator combo with Baconator fries. The meal is great but I felt that simply forgot to top the fries with Bacon. Not a big deal but a tad disappointing. The line to get the food was long and it felt like getting a mobile order didn’t save much time.

Unstoppable Kid

Worst experience from a Wendy’s. Ordered a grill chicken wrap and the tortilla was so hard with no ranch. Looked so unpleasant. Had it remade and they did the same thing I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

Why am I reviewing Wendy’s? To hopefully save someone from throwing away 10.00. I have lived in 8 different states, visited another 20. Next to the Wendy’s on Western Ave in Raleigh, NC, this is the second worst Wendy’s in terms of customer service, cleanliness and food quality. Dave would be rolling over in his grave if he witnessed this disgrace.

It's all good....Wendy's is Wendy's....food is usually hot when you get it and the prices are decent, especially if you're on a budget or don't want to get a large meal. Those biggie bags come in clutch for my kids. IJS!

Jackie, the manager of the store, is so sweet, nice and you can tell he cares about his crew and customers! The crew as well in the mornings are always a delight!! I go for breakfast sometimes since I work 2 minutes away from this location and I can tell you that I have never had a bad experience! Thank you Jackie and the crew for always being nice and genuine! You guys are amazing ?.

Made a mobile order and still had to wait for it. I ordered a sprite strawberry and when I got home I realized it was strawberry lemonade. I know the lady told the prep lady to redo my burger and it was sloppy . Service really was slow without any customers waiting inside .
